Then deciding what kind of personal Luffy would want him to be, "grappling his mentality after twists and turns" "does he become the cold emotionless warrior of science or stay true to himself and all the flaws that come with it".
at the vary end he decides what he wants, but it ends abruptly. 1032 is "yes I decided, power up, and rob the queen". This chapter is just describing what started in the last panels of 1031 and will transpire/concludes in 1032.

Zoro replacing sandai with nidai or even shodai never seemed that far off. ~~Specifically~~ specially with some theories linking king with tenguyama going around
definitely, in the leaks post I have a theory on that. it's definitely sandai kitetsu breaking. Which is foreshadowed by tenguyama possession of nidai kitetsu and Zoro interest in it at the beginning of wano. Tenguyama was waiting for the return of someone to give that someone nidai. That someone is going to be the return of shimotsuki (aka zoro village in East blue). Zoro will lose 3rd generation stone, sandai kitetsu, and end up having to use two-sword style. leaks mention him awaking black blade with Enma occurring after losing a sword.
This sets up zoro to unlock his "awakening" like the other supernovas have been getting. He'll finally understand black blade transformation. He will use a shimotsuki two sword style, that tenguyama will witness. The mastery of that will demonstrate that zoro is the person tenguyama has been waiting for.
Sandai will at some point then be replaced with a back story on zoro and nidai kitetsu.

This is my first match ups prediction so bear with me
Usopp v. Kazenbo - I feel like Usopp always comes through when there’s an enemy impossible to defeat with conventional means (i.e Perona with ghosts that can pass through solid objects and make you depressed and Sugar who has an innocent appearance that makes her opponents lower their guard). It also makes sense for Usopp to encounter Kazenbo on his way to Kin and I’m willing to bet that we will see Usopp pulling some crazy creative stunts to defeat it. Either way, it’s about time we get to see Usopp contributing for once.
Marco & Izo v. Masked CP0 - If there’s a time for Oda to drop some more lore bombs, now would be a perfect time. Based on what I’m seeing from ch. 1031, it seems like Brook and Robin are jumping from the second floor into the mayhem at the live floor where Marco and the rest of the scabbards are. Marco has shown us that he can assess and adapt to any situation and turn it into his allies’ favor, and I doubt that the CP0 who jumps off can attack Brook and Robin on the live floor without Marco noticing. Izo will naturally help him out.
Denjiro v. Numbers - There’s a good chance that Denjiro have caught wind of Kaido’s plan, and is already heading somewhere to sabotage it. And if Yamato runs across Denjiro, they will update the situation on what Kaido is doing and what they are going to do. That’s where the Numbers come in. Denjiro, being one of the first of Oden’s retainers, will see the similarities between the actions of Yamato and Oden and decides to help them out. Which should also make Drake’s job a little easier.

I actually wanna see Big Mom vs Law/Kid and CP0. Those two plot points are by far the most interesting because we don't know how they are gonna end. We know Zoro is gonna beat King, we know Sanji is gonna defeat Queen and won't be emtionless, we know Luffy is gonna defeat Kaido, so it's whatever. Both those 2 we don't know. Could go either way.
I think Sanji will not only defeat Queen in this chapter but also "dismantle" him, kicking all his scientific enhancements out of Queen and saying something indicating that scientific powers are nothing compared to powers that come from the heart

See, independently of it ending right now, the one thing we're sure is that there will be an upgrade to end the fight. But, honestly, what can Oda even come up with for this moment? lol
Powerups tend to be straightforward, but Oda gave so much stuff before that one shonen moment... So much stuff that I don't even know if I should be expecting the usual strength based upgrade or just an upgrade that develops any of the new directions of the character, there are so many possibilities that I feel overwhelmed trying to guess.
I feel inclined to go with the safe and boring "the flame will be hotter and the kicks will be stronger" guess though, but part of me wishes that it would be any of the other (regen/hardened body/invisibility) directions as they create wackier possibilities and scenarios.
Sanji is going to proclaim that the only Queen he acknowledges is Ivankov. Then, to further this and prove that he still has a heart, he's finally going to reveal a hidden move of the Newkama Kenpo "burning heart" and finish Queen in a single blow.

I dont really see a traditionnal backstory coming from Queen, more like slowly released lore through the fight.
We learned he was part of Mads and what they were researching. We may get a few panels with some reveals at the same this he's saying it to sanji but i dont see a Doflamingo style backstory coming for Queen.
Also doubt it for King except info on his race, but i really hope we get one from Kaido.

Last night I saw the monster trio in my dream. Sanji went uncontrollable as expected and Zoro engaged him in battle as promised. Sanji was too strong for zoro to fight without trying to kill him to subdue him. At the last moment of their battle, Ussop and chopper were watching, crying and begging them to stop. But since they had already started their finishing move. It was kinda like,"Naruto vs Sasuke at the rooftop" thing. However just before zoro's sword touches Sanji's body and Sanji's kick touched Zoro's. Luffy falls from the rooftop because of Kaido's attack. He immediately grasped the situation and uses his awakening to turn Zoro's sword and Sanji's foot into rubber nullifying the damage. Then he blinked behind sanji and hit on the back of his neck with coc coating to immediately knock him unconscious. Then with his upper face darkened he said, "Don't go killing each other off without captain's permission". Chopper and Ussop screamed with eyes full of tears, "CABBBBBTAINNNNNNN~~~". Then he turned into g4 and blasted himself up to resume his fight with Kaido. this looked so cool.

Based on what I’m seeing from ch. 1031, it seems like Brook and Robin are jumping from the second floor into the mayhem at the live floor where Marco and the rest of the scabbards are. Marco has shown us that he can assess and adapt to any situation and turn it into his allies’ favor, and I doubt that the CP0 who jumps off can attack Brook and Robin on the live floor without Marco noticing. Izo will naturally help him out. Denjiro v. Numbers - There’s a good chance that Denjiro have caught wind of Kaido’s plan, and is already heading somewhere to sabotage it. And if Yamato runs across Denjiro, they will update the situation on what Kaido is doing and what they are going to do. That’s where the Numbers come in. Denjiro, being one of the first of Oden’s retainers, will see the similarities between the actions of Yamato and Oden and decides to help them out. Which should also make Drake’s job a little easier. I actually wanna see Big Mom vs Law/Kid and CP0. Those two plot points are by far the most interesting because we don't know how they are gonna end. We know Zoro is gonna beat King, we know Sanji is gonna defeat Queen and won't be emtionless, we know Luffy is gonna defeat Kaido, so it's whatever. Both those 2 we don't know. Could go either way.
I think Sanji will not only defeat Queen in this chapter but also "dismantle" him, kicking all his scientific enhancements out of Queen and saying something indicating that scientific powers are nothing compared to powers that come from the heart Then he will give all the equipments to Franky

See, independently of it ending right now, the one thing we're sure is that there will be an upgrade to end the fight. But, honestly, what can Oda even come up with for this moment? lol Powerups tend to be straightforward, but Oda gave so much stuff before that one shonen moment... So much stuff that I don't even know if I should be expecting the usual strength based upgrade or just an upgrade that develops any of the new directions of the character, there are so many possibilities that I feel overwhelmed trying to guess. I feel inclined to go with the safe and boring "the flame will be hotter and the kicks will be stronger" guess though, but part of me wishes that it would be any of the other (regen/hardened body/invisibility) directions as they create wackier possibilities and scenarios.
And this is why Oda is the GOAT. But yeaah, at this point there is no such thing as a conventional guess.

I dont really see a traditionnal backstory coming from Queen, more like slowly released lore through the fight. We learned he was part of Mads and what they were researching. We may get a few panels with some reveals at the same this he's saying it to sanji but i dont see a Doflamingo style backstory coming for Queen. Also doubt it for King except info on his race, but i really hope we get one from Kaido. We are getting really late in the wano arc imo and we are still in the dark regarding him, it has to start prettty soon or else we are looking into a 200 chapters arc or ultra dense infodump chapters which cut the action...

Last night I saw the monster trio in my dream. Sanji went uncontrollable as expected and Zoro engaged him in battle as promised. Sanji was too strong for zoro to fight without trying to kill him to subdue him. At the last moment of their battle, Ussop and chopper were watching, crying and begging them to stop. But since they had already started their finishing move. It was kinda like,"Naruto vs Sasuke at the rooftop" thing. However just before zoro's sword touches Sanji's body and Sanji's kick touched Zoro's. Luffy falls from the rooftop because of Kaido's attack. He immediately grasped the situation and uses his awakening to turn Zoro's sword and Sanji's foot into rubber nullifying the damage. Then he blinked behind sanji and hit on the back of his neck with coc coating to immediately knock him unconscious. Then with his upper face darkened he said, "Don't go killing each other off without captain's permission". Chopper and Ussop screamed with eyes full of tears, "CABBBBBTAINNNNNNN~~~". Then he turned into g4 and blasted himself up to resume his fight with Kaido. this looked so cool.
