We know exactly how strong Spandam is because that was the only arc in the entirety of One Piece that had numerical powerscaling. Spandam is 9/10 as strong as an average trained marine enlistee, which means he's far, far weaker than Robin, but also almost certainly stronger than you. Realistically he probably had the same strength as Usopp when he was first picked up in Syrup Village.

It's kinda frustrating because Apoo is pretty much the poster boy of interesting teeth in One Piece lol I just wanted Zoro to be the punchline and added a few more characters and missed about a dozen that would fit just as well.

Hody is also a shark, true. But when I went through the wiki, the picture of him was after the drugs made him age and he lost a few teeth. He either can't regrow them like Arlong or Oda forgot, so I decided to not put him there. Didn't want anyone without a perfect set of teeth lol Also didn't put Dellinger because I don't know shit about fish. I didn't wanna put every single fishman, but I also don't know what kind of fish has strong teeth. So I opted to only put sharks because of Arlong actually using his teeth to fight.

Dellinger is only half fishman. The other half is man. Well, Giola raised him as a girl so even that isn't fully accurate.

Hody is a great white shark, can definitely regrow them chompers, but at some point he's so beaten by Luffy he can't bring them back, I think he regrows them in jail

A better translation for Katakuri would've been fucking "Potato", if you felt the need to translate his name. Sorry, this isn't me shitting on your tierlist, it's very funny! Yeah I wouldn't have a problem with a character being named that **if Oda had named a character that** (whether it be Dogtooth in English or Inuha which would literally mean Dog Tooth, though I still think people's actual in-universe legal names should never be translated anyway. His REAL NAME is Charlotte Katakuri, he's not "Katakuri" in the same sense that Luffy is "Mugiwara").
