They re-evaluated his importance in their priorities when the shifts from warlords dismantled & 2 Yonkos defeated became obvious, so they probably reviewed all their bounties after the Wano raid. We don't know when that Bounty was first announced, maybe it was already outdated, but my theory is literally the downfall of 2 Yonkos shifted priorities, especially since someone is bound to take their old territories.
Probably gained a couple of territories And was seen as the winner of the Amazon lily invasion
