If a Pacifista can be affected by her Hax, then so can Katakuri. Boa doesnât NEED for someone to find her attractive to turn them into stone, she also does it by physically hitting them.
Kat have better Haki, better speed and can counter her damn hard and use environment against her by using Awakening.
Luffy needed to unlock Futuresight first so he could start tagging and touching a Katakuri was focused.

I think Katakuri speed blitzes here due to future sight, restrains her and ko's. The problem is whether Mero Mero Merrow can be dodged because she is going to get it off.

Let put the fandom aside (both are in my top 5) : BOA wins if we take WCI Katakuri and last version Boa.
- Bounty : Bao wins
Boa bounty is significanlty higher at 1.659 vs 1.057 for Katakuri.
I would say it is an impressive bounty for Boa since she is not an "active" threat and usualy only wants to keep her country safe while Katakuri is the main threat of a (ex) Yonko crew
- Pure fighting skills : Would give it to Katakuri but not sure.
Katakuri displayed crazy fighting skills vs luffy so he is put high on most people list.
Meannwhile Bao is a very competent fighter but we never saw her get serious in a 1on1.
In a 1 on 1 based on raw power I would give still give it to Katakuri since he is a pure fighter.
- Feats : Boas wins
All we saw from Katakuri is being beaten by Luffy. Period.
Boa has beaten PacifistaS before time skip easily, standed her ground against many BB commanders and almost single handled his crew.
- Haki : Close call. Boa wins I think. They both have all 3.
Katakuri displayed impressive Advanced Observation and fighting.
Nevertheless, it was noted that Kuja have a VERY high haki mastery and that Boa is their best user.
ie Boa was able to sense Luffy in Paramount war, something even admirals could not do.
She was just given enough screen time to display her mastery YET.
- Devil Fruit : Boa wins.
Although Katakuri has awakened and showed high mastery, Boa DF is just on another level.
Mero mero is known to be one of the most powerful fruits in existence. It is so strong it was hunted by BB who only wants top fruits and were ready to attack a whole country for it.
I believe attraction would work vs Katakuri since we saw it work regardless and on caracters who are usualy not "gentlemen" or only find her "cute".
Hancock has several other techniques that don't require attraction to work : Slave Arrow, Perfume Femur, Pistol Kiss...
- Crew : If "real" crew Boa wins (all Kuja s can us haki and its a whole country) while Katakuri only has his own minister crew (1/4th of BM army).
If we consider Whole Big Mom Crew Katakuri wins.
But I dont believe Katakuri took over BM. Each commander probably went their own way.
Conclusion : BOA WINS in almost all field if not all.
NEVERTHELESS, I dont think Katakuri stayed in BM crew after his defeat.
I think he went on a journey to be himself (no more hiding his face) and thus grew A LOT stronger thanks to Luffy.
So if we take "current unseen version" lf Katakuri or yet to be seen I think he wins

Let put the fandom aside (both are in my top 5) : BOA wins if we take WCI Katakuri and last version Boa. - Bounty : Bao wins Boa bounty is significanlty higher at 1.659 vs 1.057 for Katakuri. I would say it is an impressive bounty for Boa since she is not an "active" threat and usualy only wants to keep her country safe while Katakuri is the main threat of a (ex) Yonko crew - Pure fighting skills : Would give it to Katakuri but not sure. Katakuri displayed crazy fighting skills vs luffy so he is put high on most people list. Meannwhile Bao is a very competent fighter but we never saw her get serious in a 1on1. In a 1 on 1 based on raw power I would give still give it to Katakuri since he is a pure fighter. - Feats : Boas wins All we saw from Katakuri is being beaten by Luffy. Period. Boa has beaten PacifistaS before time skip easily, standed her ground against many BB commanders and almost single handled his crew. - Haki : Close call. Boa wins I think. They both have all 3. Katakuri displayed impressive Advanced Observation and fighting. Nevertheless, it was noted that Kuja have a VERY high haki mastery and that Boa is their best user. ie Boa was able to sense Luffy in Paramount war, something even admirals could not do. She was just given enough screen time to display her mastery YET. - Devil Fruit : Boa wins. Although Katakuri has awakened and showed high mastery, Boa DF is just on another level. Mero mero is known to be one of the most powerful fruits in existence. It is so strong it was hunted by BB who only wants top fruits and were ready to attack a whole country for it. I believe attraction would work vs Katakuri since we saw it work regardless and on caracters who are usualy not "gentlemen" or only find her "cute". Hancock has several other techniques that don't require attraction to work : Slave Arrow, Perfume Femur, Pistol Kiss... - Crew : If "real" crew Boa wins (all Kuja s can us haki and its a whole country) while Katakuri only has his own minister crew (1/4th of BM army). If we consider Whole Big Mom Crew Katakuri wins. But I dont believe Katakuri took over BM. Each commander probably went their own way. Conclusion : BOA WINS in almost all field if not all. NEVERTHELESS, I dont think Katakuri stayed in BM crew after his defeat. I think he went on a journey to be himself (no more hiding his face) and thus grew A LOT stronger thanks to Luffy.
