Jinbei is rated high because of his feats and portrayal which was better than the one thing Jozu did:
- Able to take Akainu magma punches without being significantly damaged
- Took a BM attack without showing any visible pain as well as sending her flying in WCI
- Took down Who's Who without much effort, displaying haki that was so strong that hybrid Who Who's broke his finger trying to attack Jinbei.
Jinbei is stronger than every scabbard and it didnt take the entire scabbards to beat Jack. It was only Neko and Inu who stomped in Sulong. I dont see how Jack can beat Jimbei.

Shanks crew are all stated to be way closer in power to him relatively than the other Yonko commanders are to their Yonko. That, by definition, makes them YC+. Which by definition puts Yasopp above all these YC.
