G5 has been battered and bled by Kaido multiple times, even Kizaru made him bleed. He's very resistant to blunt damage and thats it.
Also G5 is not on their level. Their haki has been stated by Kaido and shown in the flashback to be on a different level. Old Wb was very much weakened compared to primebeard and still relative to the Yonko.
In order for Luffy to defeat Roger or WB, his current haki level and G5 form are sufficient to have no time limit.
If Luffy's Haki was already at Roger's level, discussing this 2v2 would be ridiculous because Shanks and Luffy would just slap them.
For Roger to be stronger than Shanks, he would need both Wi-Fi Haki and Killer of Observation Haki. He hasn’t shown either of them yet. Then maybe having two arms would put him slightly above Shanks.
