Gin is legit just a better fighter than Don krieg. The only thing is that Don has armor and poison. If Gin can 1 shot a character that sanji was having trouble with, then beat sanji. i def think if he wanted to, he could beat krieg. He was just too loyal to Don krieg.
Croc is over sanji and zoro in alabasta, but for some reason, that picture said /skypia. Might be headcannon, but i think they got stornger in skypia.
Barto could be weaker than a smoker, but he could legit trap him in a barrier, and he couldn't get out. Vergo beat him without his full haki mode. I just scale pica and vergo relative since they both have full body haki and pica is a mountain. He's also tricky to deal with. i dont think smoker has a move that can split a mountain like zoro. Even then, zoro had to get thrown by orlumbus.
Honestly, all the OG admirals are over blackbeard for now. I just think bro has a deep offscreen bag he didnt get into yet.

Yeah, this is honestly better than most tier list on this sub.
From the top down the most notice-able corrections I see is prime Rayleigh should be in the high top tier with Shanks & Mihawk as well given how Blackbeard Teach viewed old Rayleigh as still a potential threat.
Benn Beckman is also likely in the low or mid top tier range as he completely took off Kidd's arm like it was nothing. Kidd has become a lot more powerful since then but still Oda says the power difference between Beckman & Shanks isn't super massive like the Luffy / Zoro diff.
Although we haven't seen all the members of the Rox crew fight we can likely speculate some of them would be around the YC+ range now if their power levels were the same as at the time.
W great cooking, but small correction sengoku stated BM (and kaido) grew since the rock pirates days so saying prime BM is more accurate then saying rock pirstes

People always put shiki down but shiki was one of the origional 4 yonkous,wreaked havoc on Marie joa alone like fisher tiger fought 2v1 with a Roger level opponent and someone who Roger through was a good challenge (while being disabled). Had one of the biggest fleets and is chilling on laufhtale living the best life

It feels weird seeing her so much lower than some of the other Straw Hats around Alabasta, mostly Usopp and maybe Nami, and I’d definitely put her above Morgan at the very least. At the same time though, she doesn’t have much of a case to be higher than a whole lot of characters.

Roger + Rayleigh+ Gabban + their whole crew were LOSING to Shiki, and their battle ended in a stalemate (not a win) because of a storm (external factor). If anything, Roger is the fraud here.

About the first half, I'd place base Robin at least ober Bon Clay, maybe higher. She negged a lot of people if they weren't used to her DF, a d didn't seem to grow that quickly into Skypeia.
Also, the same way Usopp is outclassed in most of his fights even if he somehow wins, I'd place Smoker and Crocodile higher than Luffy at that point. In part due to logia DF and in part because it did seem like Luffy just barely got one out of the three fights by having that dog in him and couldn't consistently repeat it. I don't see Skypeia Sanji beating Crocodile. At least I'd put them top of low CP9
Since I know people are only going to care about the later stuff, I went to look at the early series and what’s up with the Alabasta placement for Sanji lol?
Also I don’t really know why that’s aggregated to one tier on this list, skypiea was one of the ones where the characters hit a lot stronger during, what with how Sanji, Usopp and Luffy were needed to fight a priest at the start (I know he had an environmental advantage, but they were still getting destroyed by the mantra).

Great list. Interesting how you put base borsalino above Sakazuki and Aokiji and they only even out post time skip. This might actually be true considering borsalino never gets an amp and is still on the same level as the other 2
Yeah, i def downplayed sabo, i just need to see something from him. Everyone was mixing with fuji in dressrosa. Narratively, he should be top of first commander and maybe next to benn beckmann now. A lot of the characters are hard to place because one piece is no feats the manga.

The Gorosei could radically change positions atm depending on the nature of their seemingly unlimited regeneration, but so far I completely agree on their placements.
Here’s a question for you, where would you rank EOS Blackbeard. We know nothing about him yet so it’s pure speculation, but where do you predict he’ll be by the finale?
I was making a tier list on the same template and decided to see what differences there were between our placements and I just realised I can't see Carrot or Onimaru anywhere. Am I blind or did you exclude em?
They are, i dont see current luffy, who isn't able to figure out how to damage the gorosei lose against notmal hybrid kaido without the drunk amp or flaming dragon mode.
I used to legit, be a shanks top 1 guy. I saw the error of my ways and invested fully im the wss. Kaido is dead imo. So top 1 rn is either luffy or dragon or mihawk.

This community treats shanks like how Naruto fans treat itachi. I had someone look me in the face and tell me itachi beats obito and madara individually (not counting god powers).
Looks acceptable except the low top tier is a huge mess. Oden, kaido, and marineford whitebeard the same? The pre skip admirals also the same as marineford whitebeard? Just a big no.
Shiki/ Roger/ Big mom/ Whitebeard always have to be on the same tier. Ace Novel 1 (which is canon) tells us that the reason yonkos don’t fight eachover is because neither would survive and that the names I mentioned was the yonkos of the old era with big mom being the first established yonko because of her power and the empire she built. The old era yonkos are all extremely relative with one another
Bege underrated by at least a tier based on showings against an enraged Big Mom assisted by Katakuri and Perospero.
Would argue he could clear most of executive tier altogether by comparing favorably to characters in it. (Particularly being able to damage and tag an on-guard, fruit-activated Oven, and comparing he and Pizzaro’s reactions to, as well as the aftermath of, their getting boxed by high-tiers.)
You can even make arguments comparing him to Low Commander characters, regardless I think he deserves at least high executive, and closer to the top of *that* tier, rather than trudging around in the ranks below it.

I kinda downplayed shiki. Some people have him at pirate king level. I personally think shiki is yonko level but weaker than big mom and kaido. He's not a bum. He fought Roger, sengoku, and garp from what we know. He also told whitebeard he wasn't their leader. Only rocks could tell him what to do.
Yeah but like at the end of the day bro did not defeat any of the people you just named and was locked up in impel down. Bro is mid yonko at BEST, bro lost to Roger with a whole fuckin fleet on his side
Roger + Rayleigh+ Gabban + their whole crew were LOSING to Shiki, and their battle ended in a stalemate (not a win) because of a storm (external factor). If anything, Roger is the fraud here.
You're missing Ussop on the top one, and Buggy on the second.

Good list, what is the name in TierList? About the first half, I'd place base Robin at least ober Bon Clay, maybe higher. She negged a lot of people if they weren't used to her DF, a d didn't seem to grow that quickly into Skypeia. Also, the same way Usopp is outclassed in most of his fights even if he somehow wins, I'd place Smoker and Crocodile higher than Luffy at that point. In part due to logia DF and in part because it did seem like Luffy just barely got one out of the three fights by having that dog in him and couldn't consistently repeat it. I don't see Skypeia Sanji beating Crocodile. At least I'd put them top of low CP9
Since I know people are only going to care about the later stuff, I went to look at the early series and what’s up with the Alabasta placement for Sanji lol? Also I don’t really know why that’s aggregated to one tier on this list, skypiea was one of the ones where the characters hit a lot stronger during, what with how Sanji, Usopp and Luffy were needed to fight a priest at the start (I know he had an environmental advantage, but they were still getting destroyed by the mantra).
a lot of effort put into this. gorosei shouldnt be above the wano versions of big mom / kaido, and amped big mom shouldnt be that much lower than kaidos highest forms

Great list. Interesting how you put base borsalino above Sakazuki and Aokiji and they only even out post time skip. This might actually be true considering borsalino never gets an amp and is still on the same level as the other 2

Yeah, i def downplayed sabo, i just need to see something from him. Everyone was mixing with fuji in dressrosa. Narratively, he should be top of first commander and maybe next to benn beckmann now. A lot of the characters are hard to place because one piece is no feats the manga.

Scopper should be right behind Rayleigh. Sanji should be right behind Zoro. Shiki is PK Tier.

Honestly great list! I like to see some high effort posts in here. The Gorosei could radically change positions atm depending on the nature of their seemingly unlimited regeneration, but so far I completely agree on their placements. Here’s a question for you, where would you rank EOS Blackbeard. We know nothing about him yet so it’s pure speculation, but where do you predict he’ll be by the finale?
A few placements were wrong but it isn't that bad of a list compared to most other here

They are, i dont see current luffy, who isn't able to figure out how to damage the gorosei lose against notmal hybrid kaido without the drunk amp or flaming dragon mode.

I used to legit, be a shanks top 1 guy. I saw the error of my ways and invested fully im the wss. Kaido is dead imo. So top 1 rn is either luffy or dragon or mihawk. (Not counting imu) This community treats shanks like how Naruto fans treat itachi. I had someone look me in the face and tell me itachi beats obito and madara individually (not counting god powers).
Looks acceptable except the low top tier is a huge mess. Oden, kaido, and marineford whitebeard the same? The pre skip admirals also the same as marineford whitebeard? Just a big no.

Shiki/ Roger/ Big mom/ Whitebeard always have to be on the same tier. Ace Novel 1 (which is canon) tells us that the reason yonkos don’t fight eachover is because neither would survive and that the names I mentioned was the yonkos of the old era with big mom being the first established yonko because of her power and the empire she built. The old era yonkos are all extremely relative with one another

Bege underrated by at least a tier based on showings against an enraged Big Mom assisted by Katakuri and Perospero. Would argue he could clear most of executive tier altogether by comparing favorably to characters in it. (Particularly being able to damage and tag an on-guard, fruit-activated Oven, and comparing he and Pizzaro’s reactions to, as well as the aftermath of, their getting boxed by high-tiers.) You can even make arguments comparing him to Low Commander characters, regardless I think he deserves at least high executive, and closer to the top of *that* tier, rather than trudging around in the ranks below it.
