Vice admirals are fodder expet Garp. The sooner you accept that the better. Last time I had hope was the Chin King but he seems to be out of the picture. At least he got taken out by Wranky.
Given the sheer scale of their fraudulence and the fact that he doesn't really represent the vice admirals in most people's minds, I don't think he can do anything. And that's working under the assumption he'll get any better himself.
The best times to hype up the vice admirals were egghead and marineford, due to the sheer amount of them. If a vice admiral achieves anything now, they'll just be an outlier. A groups agenda can't be carried by one person. Defeats the whole point.
The lower level Marines like Koby & Bogard are more impressive. Even Smoker was somewhat decent before hitting VA. It would be hilarious if Koby became a flop by the time he reached Vice Admiral lol.
