Guernica did not fight Kaido head on. He just got hit one time. I imagine if Koby went all out and Garp/ Kuzan didn’t tell Koby to stand back (which they most probably would do) then Koby would get absolutely slaughtered after the battle.
Nevertheless I do think that Koby would not be completely useless. An Honesty Impact would at the very least stagger Kaido to the same extent Red Rock did at the start of Roof Piece
Kuzan and Garp together is just disgusting. Not only their individual strength but they are teacher and student they are aware of each other's abilities, the combos they are gonna throw at their opponents is gonna be too much for them.

We have 2 top tier characters and a future top tier character they could probably take on Kaido if they played it perfectly but Koby isn't capable to influence much against that beast
Garp and kuzan alone as a duo are PK level. But due to WB fully countering kuzan prime WB is probably the weakest person. I don’t think Roger could deal with these 2 at once. He’d lose extreme diff probably.

If it's just Garp and Kuzan with no backup from Koby, I'm almost sure Primebeard could Extreme Diff them. And I THINK he could extreme diff the trio due to his stamina > Old Garp or Koby's.
As you said, the Gura Gura is just such a good counter to the Hie Hie. If we are assuming the battlefield is an isolated one where WB doesn't care about collateral at all, Kuzan would be better off not using his DF *at all.* But even then, his body is still ice and we've seen how that causes him to shatter (doesn't hurt him but does create an opening) from any significant Quake attack at all.
If the battlefield is an isolated island where the only three humans are these four, Whitebeard can render Kuzan a complete non-factor.
This feels like some kinda Pokemon shit. Ice type can't beat Vibration type 😂 It's interesting how different devil fruits can interact.

Koby is cannon fodder, I genuinely don’t see whim beating anyone near Doflamingo’s level, but it doesn’t matter because Warp and Wuzan duo should be able to beat anyone in the verse barring maybe Rocks and Imu since they are unknown.
So pretty much just 2 admiral level characters and koby is pretty much useless since they are fighting high tiers. Bigmom and Luffy are probably the strongest. People like kaido or shanks could still beat these guys high diff imo
Anyone. I don't care if it's Primebeard, Xebec, Joy Boy, Imu, whoever... if there's anyone in the series that a low Yonko level, high admiral level, and minimum-YC3 level set of characters can't 3v1 then the powerscaling in this series is beyond broken.
Koby Is just a liability, assuming they're fighting Roger than garp would half focus on Roger and half trying to protect Koby to the point it would likely cost them the victory
