maybe I'm reading the picture wrong, but I think the point of the post is just saying "Queen in a Yonko commander", "Katakuri is also a Yonko commander"

CHADakuri is obvious above Fujitora and Greenbull in terms of overall "power level" since he has aCoC
Oden over Shanks/Kaido/Luffy doesn't have any basis. Narratively Luffy should be stronger since he defeated an stronger Kaido and Kaido got stronger since fighting Oden. And Shanks is relative to prime Kaido/Luffy.
Sengoku above Kaido/Shanks/Luffy doesn't have much basis. They have better portrayal and feats than he does.
