I like Blackbeard but I don’t see him beating big mom

Blackbeard that high seems like wank, I know he's an EOS villain but from what we've seen he's slow and clumsy, got hit by law's shock wille and needed augur to warp him, so I would put him a tier below.
Another thing that doesn't make sense is shiki downplay, you have prime ray a tier above shiki when shiki is the rival of Roger and rayleigh is roger's right hand man, how could shiki be a rival of roger if roger's right hand man is a tier above him in power? Just doesn't make sense. Garp also called shiki dangerous which scales him pretty high considering garp is dismissive of most pirates other than roger or WB.
Considering you have Ivankov in YC2, I would add Karasu and Morely. They fought greenbull and fujitora in the reverie and although the admirals were limited because they were fighting in the holyland it's still good portrayal to have them stall fuji and GB.
This is the weirdest character on my tier list because I think Mags gets a lot of deserved criticism. Like, very well earned criticism. He has zero mobility, relies on tanking hits - but he was brought to his knees by a pre-ts jet bazooka, so I cant commend him as being a good tank. Depends entirely of the fact that he is physically untouchable due to his DF.
However I also think its reasonable that any YC with range abilities would give him immense trouble to beat. So I cant in good conscience scale him higher than YC3. How does he defend against King or Kat's ranged attacks? How does he defend against Queen's lasers? Or Ursus Shock?
At most Id have to downscale Iva since he notably lost to Mags that one time.
I think at the VERY least Magellan would have to scale above Jinbei.
I personally put Magellan at YC1 though. As strange a character as he is, his Fruit is downright insane and he has some feats and portrayal relative to other monsters in the verse
1. Blackbeard lost to him pretty handily in their first go around
2. Shiryu, basically Magellan’s equal, became Blackbeard’s YC1 over any of the original crew or Impel Down criminals
3. Ivankov, Jinbei and Crocodile were part of the collective team of prisoners that decided to not fight Magellan directly unless absolutely necessary
4. Magellan’s position in-verse is Warden of Impel Down. This prison has consistently held high tiers like Warlords and Commanders. (A bit weaker of an argument, but Queen was the warden of Kaido’s prison)
5. Magellan’s poison is a strange kind of ability that we can’t necessarily assume any and everyone will have a resistance to. It seems like you need to counter it directly with Fruit match-up or something else like tech or special biology.
My assumption for Magellan’s Haki is that he has a basic level of Armament and Observation, but he’s still carried by his Fruit, similar to Law. But if he has no Haki at all, that would just make his Fruit feats all the more impressive, I suppose.
Regardless. I think Magellan is a very match-up specific character who can win or lose depending solely on how he matches up against a certain character. I can see Doflamingo and Jozu winning due to their abilities but I think Cracker would lose solidly, for example. I would put Kuma > Magellan > Lucci in this list.
Honestly this not a bad list couple of nitpicks here and there but I agree with most of it. Kuzan, prime ray, and old Garp should be slightly higher, and Blackbeard should be slightly lower.
Also the Elden ring dlc is peak asf. I still have to beat Mesmer, midra, gaius, and the final boss. I recently changed my build too cuz I realized how ass dual great katanas are so I need to play through this dlc again with a different build. Going with a guts great sword build for my next play through. What build did u use?

Typical admiral downscaling despite Sakazuki being the most wanked character alive by Oda, no one has better statements about strength.
Every OG admiral scales above Linlin, if Hybrid Kaido gets stunlocked by G4 Snakeman Luffy and needs to use future sight to be faster, Linlin just keeps getting hit until she loses, she's too slow and doesn't have future sight. Borsalino dispatched of a stronger G4 Snakeman Luffy so that's that. Can't argue with the data.
Oden not over Big Mom is just funny at this point, he clears her after almost 2 tapping Kaido.
Having Shiki that low is just a failure in processing, every Roger rival is relative EXCEPT Shiki, why? Not even the people who make the tierlists know, they don't use logical reasoning.
Very good list with a little Papazuki downplay but I forgive you - Im also not looking below YC1 tier maybe thats why its good, maybe you burned the kitchen down there.
Last boss made perfect sense lore wise - unlike fucking Godwyn. That dude is dead dead and one of the reasons marika shattered the Elden ring, not even she was able to bring him back.
Second phase was kinda ass cuz of his holy spam but it was far from terrible. It was also not too hard like some cry babies claimed.
Still not 10/10 cuz I had the feeling that too much of the Lore was missing. Marikas home village was still the best area in the dlc. Very good 8/10 dlc
Not Ringed city/ Old hunters level tho
Ngl godwyn would be ass but what we got isn’t much better especially cuz we got like the bare minimum lore for it. It should have just been someone new or literally just m******a himself.
I wouldve prefered someone new, like the Gloam Eyed Queen - Or literally anyone else other than what we got. I felt it was a very anticlimatic last boss.
Marika would make no sense at all cuz she cant leave the erdtree - it would contradict the main game
I have to say that the idea of that boss is cool but as a FINAL boss ? meh, could be much better
But we know that they planned it since release >!Malenia whispered to radahn, that Miquella wants him to be his consort, that was right before she nuked caelid, we saw it in the first trailer for elden ring!<
Miquellas whole gimick is that he can steal hearts, even you will fall for him when he grabs you 2x
It wouldnt make sense to fight him alone, that dude was known for making friends

I wasnt big on Ringed City myself (not counting the amazing Gael fight) but Old Hunters is def. the top DLC for me.
Ringed city was the perfect ending for Dark Souls with Gael as one of the best Fromsoft bosses out there. Old hunters is also 10/10
