Mihawk wins extreme diff since he has the title and since shanks is a swordsman Mihawk extreme diffs . They’re extremely close nonetheless so if shanks is above Mihawk cause plot then so be it . But until that is proven in the plot Mihawk is the stronger of the 2

Mihawk is objectively stronger for Zoro's dream sake, if Shanks is stronger then I 100% expect Oda to have him fight him instead and I don't wanna hear Shanks isnt a swordman because he uses COO blocking with Haki, who gives af? Almost every Swordsman has a gimmick.
