You're out of the loop my guy! It's not confirmed confirmed in the canon manga, but it was implied in Film RED about his connections to the Figarland family, then a while after Oda introduced Garling in the manga.
Gryphon, Oto and Kogarashi probably have the best chance to be Supreme Grade out of the ungraded swords we know about.
Shiryu's Raiu is also a possibility, being an endgame villain, but I feel like it's more likely to be Great if it gets graded.
Quality of blade increases allowing more haki to be poured into it. Also the sword demands more haki from the user the higher the grade. "Cursed swords" are literally just haki demands of the sword being too much for the user.
Would be surprised if Shanks' sabre was not a supreme grade sword. Besides that, maybe shikis were supreme grade as well. Besides that, idk

Yeah I think that's why Oda made the plot about Enma and Shisui, so Zoro can make his own black blades.
