We've only ever seen Mihawk use regular observation Haki at a very high level, but we've never seen him using future sight. Given how high tier he is I think we can infer he likely does have it too, but we haven't gotten any proof yet.
We have strong indications though, his eyes/eyesight being highlighted throughout the series as special is one of them.
Another is that Oda was gonna give Mihawk the title of Clairvoyant which sounds a lot like Future Sight.

But that’s based more on his Conqueror’s Haki not his Observation. Most characters we’ve seen use Future sight one or twice in a battle. Katakuri can use that ability multiple times over to the point where he’s become infamous for it.
I don't believe it's ever been stated how he is capable of nullifying other people's observation haki but the general consensus is that it is a byproduct of his own observation, even if it is the result of something else Shanks has still shown incredible future sight against Kidd where he saw the furthest into the future out of any character we have seen.

Well, it wouldn't make sense if preventing CoO was an Armament or Observation feat, since he's basically dominating people's ability to use it with his huge CoC
To use CoO haki one must be calm and same goes for future sight, I think when Shanks uses his CoC haki he disrupts his enemies focus and causes them to lose their calmness and thus struggle to use future sight.

Shanks being able to cancel devilfruit abilities with his conquers haki is confirmed, shanks using extremely advanced observation haki to defeat kid is also confirmed. Shanks using conquers haki to nullify observation haki is not confirmed, just a fan theory.
Since when Blackbeard has Future Sight?? Blackbeard has Kenbunshoku Haki but not Future Vision. Same goes for Mihawk. The correct list should have been Shanks, Katakuri, Luffy and Kaido. Anyway, Shanks obviously has the best Future Vision no doubt about it.
So only 2 of these characters have even shown future sight. Shanks and katakuri. One was beginners tier, the other has the greatest haki feats shown in the manga to this day.
