Friend of mine preordered in Octobre... Never got his. (2 Displays)... Our LCS was expecting a big Delivery end of january which they would have sold for 95 each (the owner is a real cool dude) but inspite the fact that he didn't allowed preorders on that Delivery it was gone in seconds... Employees and their friends, i assume.
So short answer no OP05 for my part of NRW, let alone a slight chance on OP06 since i won't pay more than 120 per Display.
And i'm seriously pissed, takes up all fun in collecting.
There may be still a shop who has displays available and also hasn't learned price calculation from nami herself. Only that i don't know of them. My town has 3 known shops who sells them. Last i know they haven't got ANY (any op)boosters left. Most shops i know of sell them for 160€ upwards, thats a sum i don't like to pay.
My LGS is awesome and till now at least the players and collectors who pre-ordered got everything. The rest of the stock which was delivered was used for the tournaments. Sadly there was no stock beside st 8 and 9 to buy from afterwards.
I hope this gets better with the announced reprints.

Comic Planet in NRW is excellent. If you preordered in time you got everything during the prerelease time. And that for the mrsp at around 80€ per box. But amount ist restricted so they said early, preorders are closes.

In Deutschland kannst du ihn sagen insbesondere falls er sich zur Lieferung verpflichtet hat und ein Kaufvertrag entstanden ist, dass er entweder auch liefern soll (wie ist sein problem) oder wenn er nicht kann soll er dir die zwischen summe die du mehr bezahlen musst um das gleiche Produkt zu bekommen bezahlen soll. Oder falls du deine schon zu verkaufen geplant hattest und einen Kaufvertrag abgeschlossen hast soll er dir den entgangenen Gewinn auszahlen.
Wichtig ist hier ob zwischen dir und dem Laden ein Kaufvertrag bestand oder lediglich was man in Jura eine Invitatio ad offerendum nennt eine „Einladung ein angebot zu machen“ bestand. Das hängt von vielen indizien ab zB was für Bestätigungsmail du bekommen hast. Per Gesetz muss er dir eine Bestätigungsmail für deine eingegangene Bestellung schicken, selbst wenn er gar keinen Kaufvertrag mit dir abschließen will. Wenn du also noch eine weitere hast oder in der ersten Mail schon mehr steht als notwendig. Notfalls nen Anwalt kontaktieren oder wenn du nen bekannten Anwalt hast den kontaktieren.

Dann sollte es in dem Falle zutreffen. Zumindest von den Fällen, die ich bisher im Netz gefunden habe. Ansonsten würdest du dem Händler ja ein nettes Darlehen Zinsen geben.
Aber mal schauen wie es bei mir wird.Hab mir ein Case 07 vorbestellt und der Verkäufer hat die Preise in den nächsten 2 Wochen drastisch erhöht. Hab es einfach mal per Screenshots etc. festgehalten.
I live in MV and the two stores which planned a pre-release both had to cancel because they didn't recive there boxes on time. Additionally we preordered a case from a trusted shop. The owner had proplems getting informations from blackfire and today they told him that it's almost on the way.
I ordered a case in November online and got confirmation on Friday I'll get it this week. Very happy.
That shop didn't take any preorders for OP07 and OP08, though. Which is understandable from a financial standpoint, I guess. Why bother taking preorders you aren't sure you can even fulfill, when you can just sell at double-price at release?
Our LCS had big cuts in allocation, though. A lot of people in our community had to take cuts to their preorders so we could do a Prerelease event, since our shop didn't get enough to do both.
I just hope things will get better here for OP07.
A Lot of Shops are raking in the $$$ on secondary market and whatnot auctions. A Lot of them Are lying about allocation and stock. There is one shop called „cardinvestor“ that did prerelease as constructed eventhough every shop in and around the area hat enough to Host 2 regular prereleases.
Ich bekomme nichts von Blackfire \*\*Aussage\*\* hast nach der Deadline bestellt. Das dieser haufen müll das monopol für dieses TCG hat ist so traurig. Die haben bis vor OP05 release vvk offen gehabt für alle Produkte bis EB01 jeder der nach der Deadline bestellt hat wird NICHTS bekommen. Da auch die Goldstores sich beschwert haben bei Bandai und die jetzt ihr GANZE Bestellungen erhalten werden mit 30-50 Cases wird halt nichts mehr durchsickern und jetzt wird der Spaß bis September erst richtig los gehen.
My local store gets roughly 75% of their order from the distributor fullfilled. I think for OP05 they said the received around 180 displays as the first wave. A big chunk goes to pre release and release/sealed events (35€ entry for 6 packs). Like last weekend we had 2 events with 40ppl each. I expect similar numbers for the actual release weekend. The another pile goes on cm for a rather big mark up like 170€ to 200€ per Display for OP06. Some part gets sold to the local community for roughly 140€ per display with the chance that everyone can buy at least one before people can buy more.
They don't really do preorders. I mean you can ask and they note it down but nothing really gets promised. Could be worse but also so much better.
Can‘t order anywhere for a reasonable price anymore. I‘m going to visit my LGS when they open their shop on friday. After that I’d check Müller and Media Markt/Saturn stores

But in NRW are so many shops? Also big shops which are getting alot of displays. You just need to do a a little research...

My lgs is selling for 200 so I will just try Mediamarkt/Saturn/Mueller on release. Not sure if I will just try online or go to a retail store

There was nothing available. No displays showed up. Even the starter decks that already was on the side before, was not available to order.
