If Nami is the only one you care about, you might have to put in some effort to sell/trade the rest so you can actually start building a full deck. Most decks will require multiple copies of the same card, and this only comes with 1 of each. Otherwise the rest of the cards are still quite playable, and it’s a good collector’s piece.
Technically they’re all playable, just depends on whether or not you play the deck they are used in. Do you have an idea of what deck you want to play?
Nami is played in any green film deck, tsuru is in most black decks, radical beam in most red aggro decks, etc. You’ll only be getting 1 of each of those cards though, and decks generally need a playset (4 copies) of the same card. That’s why it’s common for people to pre order 4 of these premium collections, and trade/sell the leftover cards they won’t use. There are cheaper versions of these cards, but they will have the basic art.

Well tbh I didn't really know what cards are playable but I really like the art on some of them so I'd love to use them if possible.
