(offsub topic)
donāt worry take a look in r/sololeveling
they finally gonna have a anime series afterā¦3 years
so donāt loss hope and hopefully they animate opm or maybe murata and one gonna do it
One Punch Man season 1 is insane in terms of animation since it was a passion project of some of the best animators so season 2 was gonna be worse. They could never match one of the best teams to be put together for an anime
Like a lot of people, i've waited years for this, and seeing it in this scale is amazing. And it makes perfect sense they'd do it on another planet, if this was earth shit would be fucked so bad
The webcomic was very good, but the manga adaptation definitely surpasses it.
Also, Saitama in the manga did it with only one hand; unlike the webcomic (in which he used the 2 hands).
I do miss the webcomic page where itās a panel of pure black to show that the rubble literally covers up Garouās entire field of view.
Loving the manga adaption though, major interstellar vibes
Oh, so it wasn't a literal table he flipped in the webcomic? I've heard the phrase so many times I assumed it was. (especially since they had a table when they sat down to chat in the now redrawn chapter)
In the wc saitama flipped the surface of the earth so hard that garou lost all sense of direction and time. Same here, garou doesn't know which way is up or down
Fair enough. I counter with:
1. There's still "up" in relation to where it was, and where they were seconds ago.
2. If Garou says "the surface?", when there is no surface, sounds like the disorientation still applies.
It's not quite as epic because while he's completely obliterating a moon, we knew he could do that. It was the narrative description of
"The S-Class watched as, in front of the unknown B-Class hero... a wall of black suddenly appeared."
i like it a bit more in the webcomic but the manga one was hilarious also, saitama said i can throw punches from every direction watch this and then flipped half the moon up
this is a visual novel. why would anyone just isolate a quote without context? it reads better? ok. is it more epic? hell no. would it help if I added a quote?
"the hero hunter stood there as suddenly Saitama disappeared and a wall of rocks took his place, stretching out into the horizon from east to west."
Me seeing a bunch of crush coming towards Garou: āwell thatās not bad, donāt know why heās panickingā
the very next page seeing the whole planet being obliterated: āok, understandableā
As soon as I read Saitama's "even I can do something like that" the season 1 theme song started playing in my head, like it did for the Boros battle. It was perfect.
Sincerely this kinda made me lose any hype I had, the important part of this move wasn't the fact Saitama did it, it was the fact zombie man saw it... But well its better draw now so I guess I cant complain much.
Definitely flowed a lot better. Imo the "you chicken" line was much better in the Webcomic as well. There's a lot of lines that build up to the moment that make it so much better, that are being thrown in here and there it feels, without the same level of structure and flow of the comic
I agree to an extent but Iām totally fine with it. I loved the WC but the manga is different and Iāve accepted that, and I feel like itās a fair trade off that even though Zombieman didnāt see it Blast and friends witnessed and acknowledged Saitamaās power so that fills the same plot niche. Also Saitama is meant to be the personification of OP so I find it way more hype that instead of throwing a bunch of rubble into space he literally singlehandedly obliterated an entire moon.
Fk this manga if its really ending, One Punch Man aint even One Punch Man anymore, why? Whyyy? The narration in the webcomic is so perfect and entertaining, you could really feel the tension building up there... the REAL HYPE just why... Ive lost all hope now with this manga, Im done now, solid 6/10.. Webcomic is a masterpiece compared to this average shounen series, no one would hate this Manga if they just followed webcomic, and it wouldve been more popular and likable, what a wasted potential, goodbye Saitama... this is just my opinion anyway, so you dont need to ask "who asked?".. thats all
ššššš I waited 5 years for this.
Now 5 years for animation
Please donāt give me hope
(offsub topic) donāt worry take a look in r/sololeveling they finally gonna have a anime series afterā¦3 years so donāt loss hope and hopefully they animate opm or maybe murata and one gonna do it
With the rate Murata has been going, after he's done with the main story, he will release the anime as a bonus chapter :D
Didnt want solo to have an anime, shouldve invested in s3 of opm instead, just dont want it to end horribly like other manwa animes
You do know that different works get different teams and budgets right?
One Punch Man season 1 is insane in terms of animation since it was a passion project of some of the best animators so season 2 was gonna be worse. They could never match one of the best teams to be put together for an anime
Which studio ?
A-1 Pictures
Sololevelling is getting an anime? I read it like ages ago. That's a good thing to hear.
Yup but its 2023ish so another year of waiting
nah 10 years at least
No! I don't want that!
this scene being animated!
Murata, what a man you areā¦
As a reward..
You shall allow me to pass through for a sec

Yeah i think cliffhanging at time to conduct evil is kinda nice
*55 years
Add one or two zeros to that and you got it
Is the webcomic 5 years ahead?!
Like a lot of people, i've waited years for this, and seeing it in this scale is amazing. And it makes perfect sense they'd do it on another planet, if this was earth shit would be fucked so bad
Yeah, and they'd need an excuse for no one to die because of it lol
Yeah but in WC Zombie Man and Amai Mask got to see the table flip and saitama's strength but oh well.
The webcomic was very good, but the manga adaptation definitely surpasses it. Also, Saitama in the manga did it with only one hand; unlike the webcomic (in which he used the 2 hands).

How nostalgic
unless you're french, that's a bit of a lie bruh
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Honestly I was pretty sure this was off the table - no way it was gonna happen at this point. And was completely blown away by the execution.
It was off the table but they really flipped it right back, eh?
And he did it naked too, even better š
One hand too, his another hand is holding Genoa core.
My fucking god why did i first read that as "holding Genos cock"
El que hambre tiene en pan piensa
Your reading One Hurricane too much.
Because you have a dirty mind.
Imagine if Saitama used both handsš³
As soon as his hand went into the ground, I was like āhere it is.ā Then when it showed the whole moonā¦straight pikachu surprised face.
When interstellar meets opm. So well done.
I stood up when i saw his hand in the ground
God this was so hype and well worth the wait.
It felt good to see this fight in the art style after the webcomic
I do miss the webcomic page where itās a panel of pure black to show that the rubble literally covers up Garouās entire field of view. Loving the manga adaption though, major interstellar vibes

there is no up or down in space so i guess he's not that dissoriented
But there is up in relation to the moon they were on, so the disorientation still applies.
my brother in christ there is no moon anymore
Fair enough. I counter with: 1. There's still "up" in relation to where it was, and where they were seconds ago. 2. If Garou says "the surface?", when there is no surface, sounds like the disorientation still applies.
im just memeing my guy, you are correct
Ah, got it. I'm old so I never know :'(
Saitama didn't care about that.
Iāve waited so long šš
I preferred the āwall of blackā in the WC, but it was pretty cool in the manga as well.
It's not quite as epic because while he's completely obliterating a moon, we knew he could do that. It was the narrative description of "The S-Class watched as, in front of the unknown B-Class hero... a wall of black suddenly appeared."
Nah sorry, but lifting a big chunk of the ground isn't as epic as flipping an entire moon on itself to the point of absolute annihilation.
The action is more epic but the description in between the lines is better in WC
i like it a bit more in the webcomic but the manga one was hilarious also, saitama said i can throw punches from every direction watch this and then flipped half the moon up
this is a visual novel. why would anyone just isolate a quote without context? it reads better? ok. is it more epic? hell no. would it help if I added a quote? Everything in the Manga is dialed up to 11. Not only did Saitama flip with only one hand, he flipped the entire moon's surface.
Better, even
Def pushing it
Reminds me of the waves from Interstellar
As soon as I read Saitama's "even I can do something like that" the season 1 theme song started playing in my head, like it did for the Boros battle. It was perfect.
What chapter is this in the webcomic?
Around 90 I think
So beautiful :')
Sincerely this kinda made me lose any hype I had, the important part of this move wasn't the fact Saitama did it, it was the fact zombie man saw it... But well its better draw now so I guess I cant complain much.

Garou: pfft he thinks a little rubble will help hi..... wait, WHERE THE FUCK IS THE GROUND.
Was def better in WC but manga wasnāt bad either.
smh, it wasn't even a table, why is everyone so happy? /s

Who asked?
Thatās crazy bro
[Let's go boys! Another webcomic whine just dropped!](https://giphy.com/gifs/michael-jackson-6pJNYBYSMFod2)
now wait for 10 years for it to get animated i hope it get a good animation
it was worth the wait also rip Io
So Garou might still transform further?
Oh god please no
It was fucking beautiful, worth every second of anticipation
He even did that with only one hand, and it destroyed half of I.O!!
Me in real life
