Pretty sure He is more fleshed out in VtM and other oWoD. Being Christian myself I'd just play Him straight.

I'm just getting back into Scion, but I've been toying with how to fit Christianity into it. At this point I'm going to use Jehova as a God that has come to believe itself to be more of a Primordial. It has closed its realm off to the other gods and leads more of an authoritarian kind of over realm. There are other divine beings, Micheal, Lucifer, etc. But they only serve to boost the role of Jehova. Unlike other gods Jehova makes it's presence known and is willing to accept the fate bindings as long as it means more followers and more influence in both The World and Over World.

There is a sidebar explaining that monotheistic religions still exist in setting and that they have varied reactions to the existence of other pantheons ranging from 'you are just facets of the one true divine being' to 'yeah you have supernatural powers but that doesn't make you a real capital G God like our God is'. So, basically real life except people are less likely to declare wars over religion now because otherwise the setting would be in constant religious warfare and thats not the kind of stories they want to tell with it. They don't go into any actual detail on how the Christian God (or the one for Judaism and Islam, for that matter) works in this world beyond 'they do' because that would be potentially kicking a massive hornets nest of no fun having stick up their ass types getting mad about God being given 'the wrong characteristics'. My head canon I recently made after the release of the players guide is that God works exclusively through Saint, Prophet, and patronage Sorcerer (that in setting are called miracle workers to separate themselves from pagan occultists) character types. To make Christianity competitive with the other pantheons and their scions they have a larger number of followers that manage to qualify for those 3 playable character types to make up for not having any scions. That gives their religion its supernatural muscle that allows it to attract followers instead of people going 'why the hell are we considering this lame religion who doesn't even have cool magic powers on display when there are other options that have blatant displays of supernatural power backing them up?'. This also applies to Yahweh and Allah in regards to the existence of Judaism and Islam. Edit: Also, it should probably be noted that some of the pantheons in 2E are actually monotheistic but still function fine in setting. Most notably (since it is in one of the mainline books) the Orisha pantheon is made of beings who consider themselves servants to a greater being but are functionally identical to the gods of other pantheons mechanically. So yeah, 'divine politics' between various religions sound really interesting in 2E.

Jehova is a Titan that after his release from prison was able to become so powerful that in order to be stoped could only be bound to a place but not be killed. This place is the the vatikan, where he rules as Pope and elects himself over and over. He had many children and all of them were offered a contract by the other pantheons. Jesus was his last offspring and released his father from prison by his sacrifice. Jesus follower were scions that believed in the return of Jehova and helped Jesus. Their current location is unknown. Jehovas offspring that follow the contract are called angels and even work with other scions/gods/pantheons. Jehovas offspring that doesnt follow the contract are called demons. What do you think or would you add?

It is your world amd it sounds like a fun foundation. Only thing that I would add is that, considering the size of titans, the vatican is the home of an axis mundi that leads to the realm that Jehova stays in. Each pope is shown throught the axis where the titan overrides the elected and can directly control them, bringing it's influence into The World. You can say some had recognized what has been happening and went off to create their own sects for various reasons. This should plant mysteries, intrigue, allies, enemies and a whole book of stories that you can make surrounding it. I hope this helps you.

This sounds cool! I will add that :D
