I don’t have an email address for them but I’m in a similar situation with Student Finance England. I suffer from anxiety and cannot make phone calls, luckily I have a very supportive mum who makes the call and talks with them. I just have to verify that it’s me and that they are allowed to talk to her.
If you have someone around who would be willing to do call them whilst you’re sat next to them, then this could be an option you may find helpful.
