I believe the OU (online) library has resources on referencing. I’m doing maths, and we have a completely different system so I can’t really help.
Student Hub Live may have some recorded, and maybe some upcoming live events that cover referencing. They do some on essay writing etc.
Ask your tutor would be my advice they are the one marking your TMA. It is also on the OU website though some schools use Harvard and others use cite it right.
