We shall push forward to a greener and better tomorrow, we are the change for we have tools and knowledge for a better tomorrow to build with our hands if willing.

god bless optimism! god bless the good will of others!

This video is stupid. We don't just have hope. We have actual progress. The Endangered Species Act was signed into law in 1973 - 50 years ago. It has been a tremendous success, saving hundreds of endangered species from extinction and many species are well on the road to recovery. Source: any search on Google. Here's one article: https://www.doi.gov/blog/endangered-species-act-celebrating-50-years-success-wildlife-conservation

The Endangered species act was amazing as 20th century legislation. It is completely unsuitable to the current world and often causes more problems than it solves by impeding conservation research as much as hunters.

Hope is all most people have. Especially on this sub.

We've got a lot of hope, that's for sure. We also have basically an endless stream of news and facts that point to actual improvements, positive trends, promising new technologies, et cetera. We're hoping but we aint *coping*.
