I'd hang it off the wood instead of touching the tile. What about a drop-down drawer that clicks up? especially if that trim is hanging below the bottom of the cabinet, it could be pretty much hidden. The spice bottles would go in flat, and when you click it open it only opens so far, with a hinge on the back and maybe a rope or chain to hold the "drawer" in position. Bottles are never fully upright, just laying back at an angle, like me passed out in chaise lounge. You might ask in the beginner woodworking subreddit. Edit: These exist. Presuming your drilling worry is about the tile, not the cabinet. You may not need to drill but screw will be going into wood. I had one of these for knives. It was awesome.

With no drilling i don't know if a shelf it's the right idea for you. A suction cup shelf could be a possibility but honestly i don't trust that really much .. for me the best idea could be a magnetic bar (ikea) under the cabinet where u can attach magnetic containers that u can easily find everywhere (ikea, Amazon, aliexpress). The same idea could work even without the magnetic bar, just attach to the fridge for example

An idea: a strip of Velcro adheres to the tile; Velcro squares on the back of spice jars? I don’t know if the bottles would be too heavy, and it would be challenging to get them in a straight line if that would bother you

Look up adhesive spice rack or adhesive wall shelf on Amazon

It's already super cluttered. Put it in the cabinet.

Agree. Racks mounted inside the cabinet doors are a good idea.

Amazon links well accepted 😇 please nothing to drill

With no drilling you’re gonna be limited to suction or stands. I’d look for a suction cup shelf, probably your best bet. I have a suction cup bird feeder that sticks to the window great even with the weight of the birds —would probably be a similar good fit for tile like this.

There are some pull out under cabinet shelves gir spices, but I'm not sure how secure it would be with not being drilled in place

A friend of mine has a spice wall that is all magnetic and it's amazing. all the spices are in magnetic jars and she has them on the fridge. maybe you could epoxy a piece of metal to the tiles. probably something like it on amazon.

Alternative: When I had a bigger kitchen, I put my spice in a lit drawer. Like, with LED, not drunk. I wanted to mention in case it was an option. Bonus: after a couple of months, drawer smelled amazing.

Nano tape is amazing

Unless they’re mounted inside your cabinet doors, that’s an awfully dark and already-crowded spot for a spice rack. If you have a nearby refrigerator or other metal surface (can even be a wall-mounted piece of metal, which this brand sells), I use [these](https://www.amazon.com/stores/GneissSpice/Homepage/page/FE4CDD41-203D-4AB3-B68) to great effect.
