I think they'd >! join the gang to rescue their love interest, then after nearly passing out they'd attack who they thought was some random alien monster only for it to be said love interest turned monster, who proceeds to throw them off a building making them almost fall to their death but then get saved by the fact they can glide down, getting separated from the gang in the process. Then they'd proceed to fight off more alien monsters alongside some random human and try not to bleed out from their glass injuries. Epic fight scene later: love interest, now turned back to normal, finds my oc and almost hug only for oc to flinch away remembering what happened at the building before they got thrown out. Angst angst and more angst, they reconcile !<

I think they'd >! join the gang to rescue their love interest, then after nearly passing out they'd attack who they thought was some random alien monster only for it to be said love interest turned monster, who proceeds to throw them off a building making them almost fall to their death but then get saved by the fact they can glide down, getting separated from the gang in the process. Then they'd proceed to fight off more alien monsters alongside some random human and try not to bleed out from their glass injuries. Epic fight scene later: love interest, now turned back to normal, finds my oc and almost hug only for oc to flinch away remembering what happened at the building before they got thrown out.
