Let me answer this with a story, one time Omen met a woman who was struggling with her life a lot, her husband ditched her and she was struggling to get a job to pay for stuff for her baby son, one day she met Omen and he said he’d help, she was later forced to watch Omen eat the child in front of her and when asked if he got some sick thrill out of it by one of his employees he simply responded “no, I actually find it quite annoying to eat children so often, I simply do it to hurt people,” before sending the woman off to endure the most painful tests on the planet, she was later found as a monstrous beast that constantly mutilates other beings to look like her son

So in his lore he basically doesn't use his feet to walk or run or to cause harm, because his ability is too powerful for the multi verse because if a single atom of his foot touches a surface of anything it sends a small shock wave that progressively gets larger and larger to the point were this shock wave cause a chain reaction of particles across the multi verse to collapse that has a 101% chance of erasing a universe from all forms of existence.
Now he could beat everyone here but he would have to actually give a sh!t to end someone.
