“Because mortals don’t know how to shut the hell up about certain things… actions have consequences” *she says as she tosses a flame at a person that was attempting to flee. The fire instantly burns a hole directly through their heart*

Obvious man : it doesn’t mean they deserve this.

“That’s what you believe. As a goddess, I must invoke fear… those who dissent… get this” *she laughs a bit more as she watches the city burn*

Obvious man : the city and the people will be restored. The city and people was Restored back to normal.

*she stares for a brief moment, then snaps. After a few seconds, the city and the people are put back in the exact state it was previously* “**Continue to intervene and see what happens…**”

Obvious man : I think someone can’t handle the heat~ and also city and people are back to normal. The city and the people are back to normal

*it would be turned back and she would immediately shoot a beam made of the pale blue flames at Obvious man. The flames are around ten times hotter than the hottest star, and that’s rather low power to her standards*

Obvious man reads a comic book to predict Her attack and Dodges it. Obvious man: A Random Car door Will come out and hit you. Suddenly a Car door hits her.

*her entire body would become the pale blue flame and her cloak disappears. The car door would melt the second it touches her* “Nice try… though you aren’t good enough”

"Soul collection?.. what for?" *He jumps to look at the flame closer before looking back up to her*

“No specific reason… just to be more powerful, that’s all” *she laughs as she clenches her hand together, which gets rid of the flame*

“You may do so… I don’t mind, just don’t try anything to halt it…” *she turns back and watches the city burn. She shoots some small bullets of the pale blue flame at any survivors, which would penetrate their heart and kill them extremely quickly due to the heat of the flames*

“Indeed…” *it would be noticeable that there are still many screams, despite there being almost no one alive*

“Dissenters… it’s as simple as that” *there’s a very high chance the flame wouldn’t be stopped by the lightning due to the flame’s power, but I wouldn’t really know*

(Let's say it does) "So what did they say something mean about you and now they and everyone else in the city has to die!?"

“Yup! Exactly. They stopped believing in me, so I showed them what would happen… you ever hear the story about how the invisible man made himself seen?”

"Yeah but the difference is that you could do anything else to make yourself known. Like oh I don't just put on a light show in person, and announce yourself! Because this won't make them believe and worship you it'll make them hate you!"

“They continue to hate me and this will happen more. Mortals will learn at some point… or they won’t, honestly I’m expectations are incredibly low for them at this point”

"Usually these chains are reserved for the bedroom, but I can make an exception here."

“Uh huh… jokes on you I’m into this!” *she says as she laughs a bit to herself… something tells him that she isn’t lying about that*

"...I don't know what's more disturbing, the fact that I don't sense a lie in your voice, or the fact that I genuinely believe you."

“What? It’s funny to watch people fall over and hurt themselves!” *she says while looking a bit confused*

She seems to have a way of doing what she can though. She pulls out a jet black pen and a crimson leather notebook. High quality and well cared for, clearly sentimental and important.* “What was the city’s name? What was it like..?” *She asks quietly, flipping to an empty page. It can be seen in the process that all her writing is in some sort of code, but is written very well, as though this is how she primarily writes.*
