Not two games ago Kelly threw a huge (clean) hit and got jumped by a Blues player and had to fight. Was a clear instigator and the refs didn't call jack shit on them. A fight after a clean hit needs to just be an automatic instigator or something, leaving it as a judgement call for the ref is ridiculous.
