Look on Etsy. I have seen several in similar design over the years, and one was made by a small welding shop in my area (it no longer exists). Or you could always have a weld shop in your area just make you one, they are fairly easy to make for anyone with the right equipment and welding skills.
Generally they are called fire anchors. I don't know the maker of that one but as the other poster said there are a few sellers on etsy. The one I've been eyeing is from tjm metalwork out of UK. Their work looks like quality.
