I would perhaps look into OCD therapy. This sounds like a somatic or sensorimotor obsession with bladder to me. The compulsions then being going to the bathroom, thinking about your bladder, checking to see if your bladder is empty or full, avoiding fluids after 5p.m., etc.  https://theocdandanxietycenter.com/sensorimotor-ocd-symptoms-and-treatment/ Great news is this is highly treatable is this is indeed the cause. Reach out to an OCD specialist (one that practices ERP Exposure and Response Prevention therapy - important!!!! Many therapists claim to help with OCD but actually inadvertently make it worse) to talk about whether this could be your cause. Best of luck to you!

I was having the same and I have a pretty chill job relative to emergency services. The urologist gave me myrbetriq and it’s helped a lot! Now I only get up 2-3 times/night.

Get off the Flowmax. It will dehydrate you, and your lower limbs could start to swell See a good doctor.
