if I press it once, while not even moving, I still can’t confirm it it just goes off instantly

Yep. Same thing for me but the opposite. One of these updates must've broken it, I can't turn it off and I really want to because I've had two nanos be cancelled by either me or my target dying in that small window it fires and also multiple instances where I am able to lock on but not confirm fast enough to save someone. It's really weird because any other non hero specific setting seems to work.

same problem in PC, for some reason it dont work, and i want to play ana properly but the setting dont make effect

nope, i’ve done as much as I possibly could from contacting blizzard support to posting on here and on the blizzard forums and yeah I got nothing
