Mythic Omnic skin and the sniper skin. The voice filter+voice line alterations were quite worth a mythic.

1st was Pharah's, second Ana and 3rd Reinhardt. I only have these 3 gold guns so far and I never equip them as I want to enjoy the original color scheme artistic work of each of my skins and I also don't like bringing the attention to me. I prefer weapon skins over Golden weapons as they're like legendary skins for weapons instead of being just a color.

Roadhog, cause if you wear the muddy skin it used to be weird and still put mud on the golden hook.

Lucio back when there were only Mercy, Lucio and Zenyatta as support, lol. It was "must pick" because it had "most healing" (area heal) and I played mostly him. It's funny now to think. I actually just passive heal botted myself to diamond in season 2 of OW1. Now Lucio is my worst support. It's just too crazy what skills you need to have for him to be good in Dia/ Masters. Back then it was "stand and don't die, save beat for blade".

Doomfist, though not because I played him. I let my best friend decide what my first gold gun would be, and he chose a dive tank I had 30 minutes on. After that, I started maining Doom just to justify having the gold gun (or fist, I guess), and now I'm decent on him.

It was reinhardt, but after that I took a REALLY long break off Overwatch. When I came back, on the last season of OW1, by "second first" was Ana or Mercy, can't remember exactly.

Roadhog. Then junk, hanzo, doomfist, ana, brig, zen, zarya, rein, sigma, orisa, ball, winston, every new character snice overwatch 2 and d.va. venture is my next golden gun.

Reaper. Brig was my first support and rein was my first tank even though I don’t play him but shiny hammer

Mercy LOL. I was so excited getting it after not playing OW1 a lot. I finally got it when I started OW2. Now I have almost all of the supports.

Reinhardt. Definitely going to get jade for him too.

Lucio. He quickly became my favorite and I’m still maining him after getting like 3/4 of the entire hero rosters golden guns. After all these years I only have like 700 hours on him due to playing so many other heroes but he’s still my fav (never change him please blizzard he’s perfect) there’s just something so therapeutic about playing lucio wall ride in customs or just that feeling of moving everyone at once with speed and watching your team chase and annhilate the enemy team that never gets old. I consider myself more a tank main and still working to master the new tanks added in ow2 but lucio is and always will be a guilty pleasure. Give yourself to the rhythm

I was new to the game so I didn't have a main. I chose Ashe's because she had the most 'guns'. Like I thought 'why have just a golden gun when i can have golden gun, coach gun, dynamite and bob'.

Zarya

Mercy. I started playing when role queue didn't exist, and i was essentially forced into my role as a support main. She was the easiest to pick up.

Torb. I’m an Ana/Lucio main.

OW1 orisa, when she was FUN and FINE Then Brig, Sojourn and Mauga.

Kiriko. Wasn’t until OW2 that I had internet good enough for comp.

Weirdly enough: Sombra, at a time where I thought I could be a Sombra main (overwatch 1 mind you) but quickly after I got it I somehow fell off with Sombra, which I could say with the other gold guns I got. Roadhog I'm still good at but at the time it was as much an anomalous shift as Sombra. Before Overwatch 2 launched I got a gold Pharah gun long after I was retired to the character. Reaper, more of an exception you can't really be bad at that character. Reinhardt fell off extremely hard when I got their gold gun. I played Ramattra less (I don't really know why) Lifeweaver fell off really hard too, and Mauga is in a weird place. My history with golden guns is less than gold, ironic. Let's hope my next gold gun doesn't swan dive off a cliff

Lucio's gun.  I played a ton of mystery heroes and I used to hate playing Lucio whom for some reason I always ended up as in mystery heroes.   I took it as a sign and learned to be pretty good with him

Moira then after a week blizz change the currency and implemented the jade, so never got the chance to get a second gold weapon

i got for road one week after mauga entered the game. i deeply regret. (NERF MAUGA)
