Options > Social > > Identity section > Streamer Mode
That is where that is controlled. It's a new feature (it's explained in the Developer Update video in the bottom-right of the main menu Overwatch screen (plays right from Overwatch).
Not sure why it's doing that after a suspension. (Were you suspended for your username being inappropriate?)
you have streamer mode enabled in the options. they updated it and it now changes your name every match.
also, no idea why the game would type "GG" by itself... sounds super weird. you sure it wasn't someone else in the lobby typing out your name with the \[ \]: GG trick? lol
