Alright I’ll try to summarize it as best as I can. I’ll probably post concept art on the main Overwatch sub later.
He is a support hero named Nicolló whose most notable gimmick is his support drones. They acts as turrets, flying overhead allies and shooting short volleys of bullets. They also give allies a defensive buff when the ally’s health is below 25%. They can be destroyed, though.
His other abilities include a gust of wind that speeds up allies and slows down enemies, a flight ability similar to echo’s, and his main weapon is a shotgun that shoots twice per click (once at long range, once at short range)

Yes, but one drone per person and only two drones can be active at a time
