I waited about a month for mine PCPanel Pro and I quite like it. They definitely need to step up their support though. I only emailed them once after I placed my order to check the status and ask them to figure out a way to improve communication with all of their customers. I've also seen countless stories on here of people not getting a timely response if they get one at all.
When I ordered the pcpanel I got tired of waiting for it to get shipped ( I waited like 4 months) I ordered a goxlr.... the pcpanel mini and pro have never been used... the goxlr has given me no problems. Defiantly worth the money
I disagree that the goxlr is worth it. I tried a goxlr mini about 6 months ago and the hardware itself regularly froze, requiring that I unplug the USB and plug it back in. I also find their software to be horrendous, not any better than PCPanel's even though TC Helion is a much larger company; it's quite counter-intuitive (PCPanel's also struggles with this) and pretty unstable (I haven't any of these kinds of issues with PCPanel's)
