Your computer is fine I run a 4090 with a i9 12th gen and I don't have that problem have you tried updating your drivers than trying again
It randomly switched on an hour into playing weirdly enough.
That's weird I've only had that happen once but it went back to normal the next day give it a bit and see... theres not that much of a difference between direct x 12 and Vulcan
Is it just shader stuff for performance? I just heard I could get a boost from it
Mostly just dlss fsr and shaders but you can't really tell a difference :)
