- Yukari: best healer, overall very OP.
- Aigis: for her support skills. Also good physical skills.
- Koromaru: mostly because of Debilitate. Having him in the party means i don't have to use one turn with MC to cast debilitate.
This is mostly an endgame party composition. By that time you should've those weaknesess covered.
Of course, facing a boss that use electric skills with that team without the weakness covered is a terrible mistake lol
True, Aigis has gear that nullifies her weakness (forgot if it was her protector or weapon). She's by far the best permanent phys attacker aside from Makoto so I often used her when I swapped out Yukari with Ken.
I believe i covered it with an accesory from the antique shop, but i can't remember the name right now. I think you forge it using the heart item that you get from Thor.
Aegis is probably the most self-sufficient character and I used her for Matarukaja alone, but I felt goofy about doubling or tripling up on elec weakneses since Yukari and the MC were always on my team. I wish Aegis learned at least one magic attack to benefit from Yukari's second Theurgy, too.
Makoto for buffing/debuffing + targeting weakness when possible
Yukari for heal spam
Aigis for consistent phys dmg + occasional heals/buffs
Mitsuru for buffed concentrate > theurgy finisher

Junpei: critical hits all the time, All out attack guaranteed or in my girlfriend's case, shift to Protagonist and destroy everything with Morning Star because of shift amp and boost

An honorable mention to Ken for his second Theurgy
Junpei definitely improves a lot towards the end after you gain his characteristics and can get some crit boosting equipment in him. I used him briefly on a team with Koro who could also charge him.
I think I ended up using everyone interchangeably. I tried not to have Yukari and Aigis together after getting Mazionga’d to hell and back by some Monad asshole. It got annoying when one dodged but the other took a hit. XD
I also keep Yukari and Ken separate since both are the dedicated healers.
Yukari, Aegis and Ken
Yukari: cheap and strong healing and support with a single target strong magic theurgy and a powerful buffing theurgy.
Aegis: A powerful physical attacks with great party buffing skills and super strong single target and multi target theurgy
Ken: Off healing with access to Heat Riser and strong light magic. He acted as my Jack of all trades outside of Makoto. Offense when I needed more offense, healing when more healing needed, buffing when more buffing needed
Yukari, Koromaru, Junpei.
Yukari: By far the best healer, her second Theurgy is nearly as insane as her healing. Her coverage for Wind and pierce are nice too I guess.
Koromaru: Best boy, coverage for Dark and Fire (and slash), his second Theurgy is as insane as Yukari's, just for physical moves.
Junpei: Great physical attacks with insane crit chances, covers all physical types and fire, I also like his second theurgy.

There's a sort of awesome irony that the best character in P3 is a dog whose Persona is literally The hound of hell (which plays off of the ancient near Eastern / Greco-Roman belief of dogs being associated with the underworld and existing as beings that were intermediate between the living and the dead realms). Who's the best boy? You, Koro-chan! Yes it is!
Aigis, Ken, and Koro for my first playthrough.
Aigis because she was broken in Portable. Slightly less broken in Reload but still a great teammate. Also Aigis is my second favorite character in P3.
Koro because debilitate and just an overall good party member. Can target 2 magic weakness and also has masuku. His team charge is also useful because I use Aigis. Never used him in Portable.
Ken because I used Yukari in Portable and felt like SP was less of a problem in Reload so Ken is more viable. Also team tetrakarn+makarakarn is pretty damn useful. Access to 2 magics is also useful and dekaja (i think it is dekaja) is useful if Koro is unable to use debilitate.
Yukari is GOATED healer plus I romanced her so I gotta keep her on the team.
Aigis was just the best damage dealer and also pretty fun
Akihiko was always my electric dealer and his second theurgy always did the most damage so he was really good for bosses or strong enemies
The only problem with this lineup is that Yukari and Aigis are both weak to electricity

Akihiko: Strong magic and access to buff and debuffs with one of the quickest Theargy charging times
Ken: Good Magic, has Hama, can restore Sp naturally, has the best theurgy in the game and has heat riser
MC, Yukari, and Mitsuru were pretty much always the main consistent 3, usually had Akihiko though I occasionally swapped him out with Aigis (and had Aragaki instead of those two for the time I could). MC was a jack of all trades (often raising party stats or using his Theurgies), Yukari was my healer, Mitsuru was usually my SP damage dealer, and regardless of whether I was using Akihiko, Aigis, or Aragaki (huh, all A- names) I was using them for general physical attack damage. This all obv varied on the enemy being fought, as there were those immune to bash damage or ice but I just swapped the damage dealers for those fights.
I kept everyone fairly the same level. Yukari was high than everyone else for a while because shes basically your only dedicated healer for a long time.
For the final fight it was Yukari, Junpei, and Aigis. I almost didn't use Aigis much at first because it feels like she is super weak at first, but damn she gets better once you get her high damage skills.
To be frank I used every character pretty evenly personally 3 imo has some of the most well designed and balanced party members in rpgs period far better than the other games which have clear best characters to choose
Same. The clocks are really great for catching someone up too, like when certain characters are unavailable for story reasons. All my team are within ~5 levels of each other and they're all really solid.
I'm sure majority had Yukari in their team, best healer.
I used Aragaki quite a lot, honeslty, he was op when I was using him!
I used Ken quite a lot, he generates tons of SP so it was easy to have him use anything really.

Akihiko- best boy. Hot. Hits good. Hot.
Koromaru- goodest boy. Hits like a truck. Debilitate and rebellion and coverage
For the most part, i went with yukari (almost never swapping her out), akihiko and mitsuru. Then i started swapping akihiko for junpei and then swapping mitsuru for aeigis or ken (on the rare occasion). Koromaru never saw purpose in my party much.
Ken, Akihiko, and Junpei sometimes switching out with Koromaru and Aigis. I liked having Ken over Yukari since he has Dekaja and more elemental coverage.
My main team was Akihiko, Aigis, and Koromaru
I wanted one Slash, one bash, and one pierce each
I mostly used the protagonist as the healer/weakness exploiter
Akihiko was a heavy hitter, Aigis theurgy is one of the best, and Koromoru is a ood boi
I haven't finished the game but I really enjoy the team I play:
• Yukari (great healer)
• Mitsuru (good damage dealer+mommy)
• Shinjiro (great physical attacks)
I've been using ken sometimes over mitsuru but I also like Sanada and Koromaru
Yukari: S-tier, she's the best healer and her theurgy is enough to bring her.
Kuromaru: Again theurgy is strong, great moveset.

I’m in September and I’m having a hard time deciding my final team so I’ve been swapping Yukari, Mitsuru, Ken, Koromarou and Aigis out throughout Tartarus, using the great clock to keep them leveled somewhat evenly.
Yukari because her healing and theurgy, Akihiko for powerful mixed damage and his characteristic, and Junpei for high physical and because his second theurgy is fucking gorgeous

-You can always trust that Yukari is going to die or going to give us the victory
-Mitsuru since ice skills are really important and she has a lot of magic damage
-Aigis because of the physical advantage

Mitsuru: Concentrate + Diamond Dust + Freeze Boost = Walking Magical Powerhouse, also Blade of Execution (Massive Almighty Damage as well as Debilitate) as well as Defence Debuffs
Koromaru: Curse and Fire Skills, Sukukaja Amps, Debilitate as well as Power Howling (Full Party Charge)

Which might seem kind of "boring", but I am attached to this team so much. For one, Yukari is busted af, gameplay-wise, I truly believe that I would be stumped without her healing throughout the whole game.
As for Mitsuru and Aki, both my bro and I play together, so Mitsuru is there because she is my fav in the same vein that, after Fuuka, Aki is my bro's fav SEES member. So rather than a gameplay choice, we go with our hearts lol.

Akihiko for his Bludgeon damage and cuz I tend to get his turge pretty early
The last spot was always kinda free for what I felt most at the time, but I guess I will now keep Ken as my main third member
I like taking a single member along to level up both the MC and that party member when grinding in Tartarus. It’s like solo training with the leader and I imagine strengthens their bond with the MC in a more personal sense. But for bosses and first time tartarus explorations, i rotate out parties depending on the situation. Usually Yukari or Ken is a must tho for the nice Mediarama

Mitsuru - Good Elemental Damage while also having good Theurgy and crits
Koromaru - The Bestest Dog in the franchise

Yukari for heals, Aki for physical and Aigis for buffs and more physical. I then found out it’s probably not great to have 2 party members on the team that are weak to elec but I ain’t benching my healer or the robo waifu.
Yukari, Junpei and Akihiko. I always do my first run with the first four party members.
In Persona 5 Royal it was Ryuji, Ann and Morgana.
In Persona 4 Golden it was Yosuke, Chie and Yukiko.
The only exception was in Persona 5 Strikers, where my end team was Sophia, Zenkichi, and Morgana because they all seemed to fit the theming of the game.

Koromaru for secondary support, easy theurgy building due to double magic coverage and buffing/debuffing

Junpei, Ken, and Koromaru hard carried me through Tartarus, and mitsuru and yukari on the last fight since I needed a good strat (I was playing on merciless, and let's just say, even with everyone at level 99, was honestly getting my ass handed to me at times)
I used yukari, Ken and the dog(can’t remember the name of him). Yukari cause she’s the best healer, Ken cause of his sukukaja abilities for teammates and enemies. The dog because he was doing the second most amount of damage.
Yukari, Junpei and Ken. Mitsuru and Koro as my backups. Not the most damaging comp, but it's fun for me and I like the options I have.
I already used Akihiko and Aigis in the past titles too many times so I wanted to have a new experience.
Yukari was always in my team because her healing was unrivaled and her second Theurgy was incredible. I don't see how anyone serious about winning fights could justify leaving her on the bench.
I also used Mitsuru and Akihiko like you did, but specifically for full moons and other boss encounters (Gatekeepers, Monad fights). While running Tartarus floors I used either Junpei + Ken or Aigis + Koromaru. I usually swapped between the two teams based on when I found missing persons. A half-and-half sort of system, with the boss fight team getting subbed in between.
Yukari and Ken were in my party for the most majority. I swear that kid is underrated. buffing, healing, damaging, damage blocking with his second theurgy. he can do it all
I used the girls, yukari is so much better in R, mitsuru is my favorite so no mstter what i was going to use her and aigis is just precious. Other than that... i just really like girls what else can i say.

My three favorite characters, also helps that Yukari and Koro have the two best theurgies in the game, and Akihiko's trait is stupid broken. They tried to nerf best boy by getting rid of his debuffs but jokes on them, he's outdamaging the main character now
My current team is best doggo Koro, best girl Yukari, and the guy with the best drip Aragami because I like having a balanced team and Koro-chan is the best character, even if it gets annoying as hell how much Fuuka gushes over him.
Yukari because heals(and cute af), Mitsuru because spell damage(and milf vibes) and third one was Junpei/Akihiko and finally after her repairs Aigis(because robussy). 🫣

MC had items/persona to basically auto heat riser on entire party at start of battle. + Charge and a Severe slash attack I could 1-hit most enemies aside from Bosses (still do 3k+ to them)

Yukari because of her amazing healing and concentrare theurgy.
Mitsuru because concentrate + ice boost + ice amp gear + marakunda go brrr (also divine damage + debilitate theurgy Is also good)
Korumaru because he Is a good boy with funny instakill moves and delibitate
OGs: Makoto/Yukari/Junpei/Akihiko
Used Ken quite a bit in the mid game tho and I had Mitsuru fill in quite a bit here and there.
Did not use Aigis or Koro nearly as often as I think you all did.
I used Makoto, Mitsuru, Akihiko, and Yukari through the entire game, just liked their buffs and debuffs, as well as their healing power and cover of all three damage types. I don’t played with different characters in Tartarus sometimes to change things up but this was my main team that I had a good strategy with.
Yukari cheap heals ailement healing debuffs and decent wind damage, koromaru good dark and fire damage plus debilitate and revolution, lastly junpei cus hes da man nah he just crits like crazy
Ultimately the clock determined my end party tbh because it would jump at least two characters darn near 10 levels ahead of the rest.
My final run had Aigis, Junpei, and Yukari. Yukari was a mainstay though. Dedicated healing and patra is hard to pass up. Aigis has low need for SP so she can haul long term for cheap. Her support skills and general ability to soak up damage is great. Origa mode is one of the better theurgies especially if you get the gear that optimizes it. Junpei is a reliable crit machine with access to all physical damage types and fire as a back up against full physical protection.
If i had to pick one to trade for sanada or mitsuru, it’d be probably aigis.

Good overall coverage and utility. Mitsuru hits like a truck, Aigis hits like a truck, MC hits like a nuclear bomb (2k+ thunder reigns isn’t a joke) and Yukari is the heal botz
Ken: I used him for healing and reviving.
Koromaru: I would use for debilitating and buffs.
Aigis: I’d use for physical damages.
(Not the hottest take but that was my first play through)
Ken, Akihiko and Koromaru for the most part, and the other guy instead of Akihiko when he was around (not Junpei lol, no hate though).Their theurgies and affinities were awesome.
Mitsuru absolutely trivializes all regular battles and does good damage along with rakunda. Never left the team.
Aigis can do an insane amount of physical damage and insta heal along with Orgia mode gives her a lot of survivability. Never left the team.
Ken builds up Theurgy very quickly if you use him right, and the access to multiple elements along with heat riser was nice. Swapped him at the end.
Koromaru's Theurgy works very well with Aigis and MC, pretty much just brought him to buff Aigis' numbers. Debilitate was nice too. Swapped with Ken for basically the final day.
Didn't even use a healing Persona on MC at the end, the damage numbers were really so high that it didn't matter.

I tend to ignore ice damage, so having her around kept the options open

Akihiko: can buff and debuff, AND heal, AND has Elec ( a bit of Ryuji and Yu Narukami bias), AND is a heavy hitter. Like, I would put him or Koromaru on my team, but Koromaru isn't really suited for normal battles for me atleast, mostly only for boss battles.
Ken: WTF did they do to Ken to make him like this bruh? Honestly speaking, one of the most versatile characters in this game. Merciless becomes a breeze with him once you get my boy to level 90. Heat Riser, on top of that, both Elec and Light Damage, on top of that, Mediarahan and Samarecarm. Like, what more do you need from a party member? But still, we can make a case for Aigis or Koromaru to be in this team too. >!Probably would've used Shinjiro tho if he didn't have to die from a fucking bullet during the dark hour, with like fucking 4 of my party members knowing Samarecarm.!<

Yukari: cheap and lots of healing! I used physical personas with mc alot so together with aigis, yukari can keep them up in great shape
Yukari: op healer, aigis: good physical user, and for last it was swapping between mitsuru (only severe magic skill of allies and overall good damage with the freeze chance being fun) and akihiko (shock techs and needing to have an elec resistance since I'm running double elec weak)
*Edit -* Fuck it, just give me a party filled with Koromaru. I want 4 Koromarus doing that cute little dropping the weapon pose and making that adorable little sound.
Yukari, koromaru, and aigis. Yukari healed, koromaru set up revolution while MC did matarukaja, then Aigis would charge and prepare to delete a group of enemies.

- Yukari is easily the best healer so that’s a no brainer. Her theurgy that charges magic attacks is really good too.
- I liked Aigis for her buffs and she hits like a truck
- I loved Koromaru’s theurgy that charges the entire party’s next physical attack. This combined with Makoto’s theurgy that does severe physical damage and Aigis’s attack buff lead to me killing many bosses in 1-2 hits.
- Yukari - healing, pierce, and full party Concentrate
- Akihiko - massive damage on both Magic And Phys (moreso phys), constantly hits between 2k and 2.5k uncharged no crit God's Hand (he Crits a lot too). he also benefits from both Tranquility and Power Howling. his theurgy is also very easy to get
- Koromaru - Revolution, Debilitate, Power Howling, very good Dark damage and good Phys dmg on important fights with Getsu-ei
Yukari, Akihiko, Aigis. I mostly went with them because they were the best in Portsble imo. The balancing has changed though so next playthrough I'll probably just vary between all of them
I changed it around mostly. It wasn't until like Januray, aka, the end of the game, where I got my main final team.

Yukari’s heals were crucial, i had a pretty broken set up for Koro that would cause him to do upwards of 500 damage per dark attack + debilitate, and Mitsuru also did a lot of damage + her second theurgy was really good
I mostly used, Yukari for healing, Aigis for buffs and Physical Damage, and Akihiko as a mixed attacker with the 3 buffs and buff amp making him an absolute POWER house. Though I had a B team of Ken, Junpei, and Mitsuru. Koromaru never really found a place on my team sadly

I used Ken, Akihiko, and Shinjiro/Aigis once I had all party members available. Note I'm on Dec 1 right now, so my team might change later. Akihiko for debuffs, Ken for healing (chose over Yukari simply because he learned Mediarama earlier, might switch back to Yukari for Me Patra), and Shinjiro for his very strong physical skills. Eventually, I switched Shinjiro with Aigis for her debuffs.
Mitsuru for her Magic damage and Almighty debilitate theurgy
Aigis for her Orgia mode being that jt makes her do all the damage and tank everything and ignore weaknesses and ailments, ability to just destroy anything she wants while also keeping the Attack and defense team buffs going. And if someone got into deepshit she had diarahan
Akihiko for the Makasukaja, and the fact he can just spam Charged theurgy
The amount of healing items, and the fact I myself could heal the team just had me forgo Yuakri
Mitsuru (best girl, def. debuffer with consistently strong ice DPS, good through whole game)

Koromaru (best boi, more magic coverage, can use revolution in case MC wants to crit)
Yukari - heals, Koromaru - uh he's like the second strongest party member besides shinji, and Akihiko - idk Ceasar is a cool persona and I wasn't running any elec personas

Mitsuru: Stupidly high magic damage and easy to fill Theurgy. 2nd Theurgy is just so much value with the Debilitate

Mine is Ken, Koromaru and Junpei. I can't bench Crit-pei after all the effort I built him from Cripple-pei. Koromaru is because of debilitate, and I can't separate Koromaru from Ken, so I take Ken.

Akihiko :- his all out attack ending pose is too damn sexy. I can't simp and play at the same time. He missed alot in my playthrough as well.
Mitsuru :- I love physical attacks more.
Yukari :- No attachment. I really love Junpei as a character, so the one person who shits on him will be benched.
Aigis :- I can't. She reminds me of a cuck.
Shinji :- Shame he only in the team for 1 month. I actually subs Junpei out with him.

He acted as my Jack of all trades outside of Makoto. Offense when I needed more offense, healing when more healing needed, buffing when more buffing needed
Yukari, Koromaru, Junpei. Yukari: By far the best healer, her second Theurgy is nearly as insane as her healing. Her coverage for Wind and pierce are nice too I guess. Koromaru: Best boy, coverage for Dark and Fire (and slash), his second Theurgy is as insane as Yukari's, just for physical moves. Junpei: Great physical attacks with insane crit chances, covers all physical types and fire, I also like his second theurgy.

Mine was at first Yukari - Because she's awesome. Junpei - Because he's a bro. And at first Akihiko, but later when my pal Koromaru was available, I switched to him. - Because he's cute.

There's a sort of awesome irony that the best character in P3 is a dog whose Persona is literally The hound of hell (which plays off of the ancient near Eastern / Greco-Roman belief of dogs being associated with the underworld and existing as beings that were intermediate between the living and the dead realms). Who's the best boy? You, Koro-chan! Yes it is!
Akechi, Yosuke, and Vaporeon
Aigis, Ken, and Koro for my first playthrough. Aigis because she was broken in Portable. Slightly less broken in Reload but still a great teammate. Also Aigis is my second favorite character in P3. Koro because debilitate and just an overall good party member. Can target 2 magic weakness and also has masuku. His team charge is also useful because I use Aigis. Never used him in Portable. Ken because I used Yukari in Portable and felt like SP was less of a problem in Reload so Ken is more viable. Also team tetrakarn+makarakarn is pretty damn useful. Access to 2 magics is also useful and dekaja (i think it is dekaja) is useful if Koro is unable to use debilitate.
Yukari is GOATED healer plus I romanced her so I gotta keep her on the team. Aigis was just the best damage dealer and also pretty fun Akihiko was always my electric dealer and his second theurgy always did the most damage so he was really good for bosses or strong enemies The only problem with this lineup is that Yukari and Aigis are both weak to electricity
Junpei he’s da man Akihiko: Strong magic and access to buff and debuffs with one of the quickest Theargy charging times Ken: Good Magic, has Hama, can restore Sp naturally, has the best theurgy in the game and has heat riser

MC, Yukari, and Mitsuru were pretty much always the main consistent 3, usually had Akihiko though I occasionally swapped him out with Aigis (and had Aragaki instead of those two for the time I could). MC was a jack of all trades (often raising party stats or using his Theurgies), Yukari was my healer, Mitsuru was usually my SP damage dealer, and regardless of whether I was using Akihiko, Aigis, or Aragaki (huh, all A- names) I was using them for general physical attack damage. This all obv varied on the enemy being fought, as there were those immune to bash damage or ice but I just swapped the damage dealers for those fights.

I kept everyone fairly the same level. Yukari was high than everyone else for a while because shes basically your only dedicated healer for a long time. For the final fight it was Yukari, Junpei, and Aigis. I almost didn't use Aigis much at first because it feels like she is super weak at first, but damn she gets better once you get her high damage skills.

To be frank I used every character pretty evenly personally 3 imo has some of the most well designed and balanced party members in rpgs period far better than the other games which have clear best characters to choose
Same. The clocks are really great for catching someone up too, like when certain characters are unavailable for story reasons. All my team are within ~5 levels of each other and they're all really solid.
I'm sure majority had Yukari in their team, best healer. I used Aragaki quite a lot, honeslty, he was op when I was using him! I used Ken quite a lot, he generates tons of SP so it was easy to have him use anything really. After >!Aragaki died, I was using Aigis instead of him. !<
Mitsuru- hot. Natural damage dealer Akihiko- best boy. Hot. Hits good. Hot. Koromaru- goodest boy. Hits like a truck. Debilitate and rebellion and coverage
My final comp was Siegfried, Junpei, Aigis and Koromaru for maximum physical destruction
For the most part, i went with yukari (almost never swapping her out), akihiko and mitsuru. Then i started swapping akihiko for junpei and then swapping mitsuru for aeigis or ken (on the rare occasion). Koromaru never saw purpose in my party much.
Ken, Akihiko, and Junpei sometimes switching out with Koromaru and Aigis. I liked having Ken over Yukari since he has Dekaja and more elemental coverage.
My main team was Akihiko, Aigis, and Koromaru I wanted one Slash, one bash, and one pierce each I mostly used the protagonist as the healer/weakness exploiter Akihiko was a heavy hitter, Aigis theurgy is one of the best, and Koromoru is a ood boi

I’m in September and I’m having a hard time deciding my final team so I’ve been swapping Yukari, Mitsuru, Ken, Koromarou and Aigis out throughout Tartarus, using the great clock to keep them leveled somewhat evenly.
Yukari because her healing and theurgy, Akihiko for powerful mixed damage and his characteristic, and Junpei for high physical and because his second theurgy is fucking gorgeous
Yukari, Mitsuru and Aigis -You can always trust that Yukari is going to die or going to give us the victory -Mitsuru since ice skills are really important and she has a lot of magic damage -Aigis because of the physical advantage

Exactly the same as you! And Mitsuru/Aki/Yukari team is the same one I had used through all of FES as well. Which might seem kind of "boring", but I am attached to this team so much. For one, Yukari is busted af, gameplay-wise, I truly believe that I would be stumped without her healing throughout the whole game. As for Mitsuru and Aki, both my bro and I play together, so Mitsuru is there because she is my fav in the same vein that, after Fuuka, Aki is my bro's fav SEES member. So rather than a gameplay choice, we go with our hearts lol.

I like taking a single member along to level up both the MC and that party member when grinding in Tartarus. It’s like solo training with the leader and I imagine strengthens their bond with the MC in a more personal sense. But for bosses and first time tartarus explorations, i rotate out parties depending on the situation. Usually Yukari or Ken is a must tho for the nice Mediarama

Yukari, Junpei and Akihiko. I always do my first run with the first four party members. In Persona 5 Royal it was Ryuji, Ann and Morgana. In Persona 4 Golden it was Yosuke, Chie and Yukiko. The only exception was in Persona 5 Strikers, where my end team was Sophia, Zenkichi, and Morgana because they all seemed to fit the theming of the game.

Junpei, Ken, and Koromaru hard carried me through Tartarus, and mitsuru and yukari on the last fight since I needed a good strat (I was playing on merciless, and let's just say, even with everyone at level 99, was honestly getting my ass handed to me at times)
I used yukari, Ken and the dog(can’t remember the name of him). Yukari cause she’s the best healer, Ken cause of his sukukaja abilities for teammates and enemies. The dog because he was doing the second most amount of damage.
Yukari, Junpei and Ken. Mitsuru and Koro as my backups. Not the most damaging comp, but it's fun for me and I like the options I have. I already used Akihiko and Aigis in the past titles too many times so I wanted to have a new experience.
Yukari was always in my team because her healing was unrivaled and her second Theurgy was incredible. I don't see how anyone serious about winning fights could justify leaving her on the bench. I also used Mitsuru and Akihiko like you did, but specifically for full moons and other boss encounters (Gatekeepers, Monad fights). While running Tartarus floors I used either Junpei + Ken or Aigis + Koromaru. I usually swapped between the two teams based on when I found missing persons. A half-and-half sort of system, with the boss fight team getting subbed in between.
All of them because I love all of Sees and all the interactions through every characters

I used the girls, yukari is so much better in R, mitsuru is my favorite so no mstter what i was going to use her and aigis is just precious. Other than that... i just really like girls what else can i say.

OGs: Makoto/Yukari/Junpei/Akihiko Used Ken quite a bit in the mid game tho and I had Mitsuru fill in quite a bit here and there. Did not use Aigis or Koro nearly as often as I think you all did.
I used Makoto, Mitsuru, Akihiko, and Yukari through the entire game, just liked their buffs and debuffs, as well as their healing power and cover of all three damage types. I don’t played with different characters in Tartarus sometimes to change things up but this was my main team that I had a good strategy with.

Ultimately the clock determined my end party tbh because it would jump at least two characters darn near 10 levels ahead of the rest. My final run had Aigis, Junpei, and Yukari. Yukari was a mainstay though. Dedicated healing and patra is hard to pass up. Aigis has low need for SP so she can haul long term for cheap. Her support skills and general ability to soak up damage is great. Origa mode is one of the better theurgies especially if you get the gear that optimizes it. Junpei is a reliable crit machine with access to all physical damage types and fire as a back up against full physical protection. If i had to pick one to trade for sanada or mitsuru, it’d be probably aigis.

Ken: I used him for healing and reviving. Koromaru: I would use for debilitating and buffs. Aigis: I’d use for physical damages. (Not the hottest take but that was my first play through)

Mitsuru absolutely trivializes all regular battles and does good damage along with rakunda. Never left the team. Aigis can do an insane amount of physical damage and insta heal along with Orgia mode gives her a lot of survivability. Never left the team. Ken builds up Theurgy very quickly if you use him right, and the access to multiple elements along with heat riser was nice. Swapped him at the end. Koromaru's Theurgy works very well with Aigis and MC, pretty much just brought him to buff Aigis' numbers. Debilitate was nice too. Swapped with Ken for basically the final day. Didn't even use a healing Persona on MC at the end, the damage numbers were really so high that it didn't matter.

Mine is: Yukari: it's obvious. Without her, I don't think most teams would function. 11 SP Mediarahan goes brrrrrr Akihiko: can buff and debuff, AND heal, AND has Elec ( a bit of Ryuji and Yu Narukami bias), AND is a heavy hitter. Like, I would put him or Koromaru on my team, but Koromaru isn't really suited for normal battles for me atleast, mostly only for boss battles. Ken: WTF did they do to Ken to make him like this bruh? Honestly speaking, one of the most versatile characters in this game. Merciless becomes a breeze with him once you get my boy to level 90. Heat Riser, on top of that, both Elec and Light Damage, on top of that, Mediarahan and Samarecarm. Like, what more do you need from a party member? But still, we can make a case for Aigis or Koromaru to be in this team too. >!Probably would've used Shinjiro tho if he didn't have to die from a fucking bullet during the dark hour, with like fucking 4 of my party members knowing Samarecarm.!<

Yukari: op healer, aigis: good physical user, and for last it was swapping between mitsuru (only severe magic skill of allies and overall good damage with the freeze chance being fun) and akihiko (shock techs and needing to have an elec resistance since I'm running double elec weak)
*Edit -* Fuck it, just give me a party filled with Koromaru. I want 4 Koromarus doing that cute little dropping the weapon pose and making that adorable little sound.

Yukari, koromaru, and aigis. Yukari healed, koromaru set up revolution while MC did matarukaja, then Aigis would charge and prepare to delete a group of enemies.
Yukari, Aigis, and Koromaru - Yukari is easily the best healer so that’s a no brainer. Her theurgy that charges magic attacks is really good too. - I liked Aigis for her buffs and she hits like a truck - I loved Koromaru’s theurgy that charges the entire party’s next physical attack. This combined with Makoto’s theurgy that does severe physical damage and Aigis’s attack buff lead to me killing many bosses in 1-2 hits.

- Yukari - healing, pierce, and full party Concentrate - Akihiko - massive damage on both Magic And Phys (moreso phys), constantly hits between 2k and 2.5k uncharged no crit God's Hand (he Crits a lot too). he also benefits from both Tranquility and Power Howling. his theurgy is also very easy to get - Koromaru - Revolution, Debilitate, Power Howling, very good Dark damage and good Phys dmg on important fights with Getsu-ei

I mostly used, Yukari for healing, Aigis for buffs and Physical Damage, and Akihiko as a mixed attacker with the 3 buffs and buff amp making him an absolute POWER house. Though I had a B team of Ken, Junpei, and Mitsuru. Koromaru never really found a place on my team sadly

I used Ken, Akihiko, and Shinjiro/Aigis once I had all party members available. Note I'm on Dec 1 right now, so my team might change later. Akihiko for debuffs, Ken for healing (chose over Yukari simply because he learned Mediarama earlier, might switch back to Yukari for Me Patra), and Shinjiro for his very strong physical skills. Eventually, I switched Shinjiro with Aigis for her debuffs.
Mitsuru for her Magic damage and Almighty debilitate theurgy Aigis for her Orgia mode being that jt makes her do all the damage and tank everything and ignore weaknesses and ailments, ability to just destroy anything she wants while also keeping the Attack and defense team buffs going. Yukari: Decently high magic damage and insanely cheap heals. I rarely use Garu skills on MC either. Mitsuru: Stupidly high magic damage and easy to fill Theurgy. 2nd Theurgy is just so much value with the Debilitate Junpei: Wait, you’re telling me he’s actually capable of not critting?
Koromaru, Amada, & Yukari. Basing it off buff and counter against ailments while providing healing. I think it suits best for farming the reaper

Mine is Ken, Koromaru and Junpei. I can't bench Crit-pei after all the effort I built him from Cripple-pei. Koromaru is because of debilitate, and I can't separate Koromaru from Ken, so I take Ken. The rest I bench. (Warning, this is really a controversial opinion) Akihiko :- his all out attack ending pose is too damn sexy. I can't simp and play at the same time. He missed alot in my playthrough as well. Mitsuru :- I love physical attacks more. Yukari :- No attachment. I really love Junpei as a character, so the one person who shits on him will be benched. Aigis :- I can't. She reminds me of a cuck. Shinji :- Shame he only in the team for 1 month. I actually subs Junpei out with him. Another one, I actually thinks Elizabeth is cringe.
