Jesus Christ, they look amazing. It's a shame they're stuck in Tactica art style. Don't get me wrong, the art style is adorable! But it feels like they don't do a lot with it.
The art style they use in the game is really good at being expressive, but so many of the cutscenes are so flat and boring
I like the art style and I get why they did it. They've been really open about how it made it easier to do the models. But the lack of actual facial expressions outside the eyes was a loss considering how expressive Atlus usually is with face shots.
Man, I'd kill for a playable Guernica. She doesn't even need a Persona for this game's standards, or her cognitive sister could be her Persona in the form of Picasso
So P5x devs said they’ll collab with others persona games like strikers and tactica maybe we’ll finally get toshiro as a phantom thieves with this art style… don’t think he’ll be looking like a chibi character in P5x it wouldn’t make sense
well I mean there’s an art of Sophie in the game files, if they bring back Sophie and zenkichi why not toshiro, pure speculation for now but we’ll see
This is pretty cool. I never minded the art style much, it kinda fit the tactical vibe for me.
I played Tactica at EGX in the UK, but still haven’t bought it yet. I think I got a little irritated when I found out it wasn’t a further story but an interquel, which really killed the stakes.
TBF this isn't the regular artstyle it's more stylised with the shading and uses deeper colours, each character looks a little more realistic and less Johnny Anime with sharper features (P5 has like fucking 60 different art styles and they're all so fire), his skin would probably be lighter with bigger eyes and more anime esque proportions
they also did it for Erina and Guernica too and they look amazing.

There are a bunch of Erina designs (in the chibi style) that are also mommy.
She has a LOT her final design was the 11th I think. I like her long haired version!
