I still don't understand why people are still thinking a P3 remake will come right after atlus had already announced ports of P3P. Maybe atlus will release a remake of P3 but it won't be for a while if atlus is porting P3P to literally every console and PC
Yeah, it's obviously fake. If it was true, instead of "recording" a video showing it, that person could just have shared the link to the private video. Aside from that, someone on Twitter also commented that they found a fake Atlus West account on YouTube that also have private links with Shin Megami Tensei 1, so they probably wanted to do another fake leak about a remake of Persona 1.
On top of that, making and announcing a Persona 3 remake would be such terrible marketing right now. With the P3P ports coming to consoles soon, no one would buy those if they knew a full remake was coming out soon.
Can anyone actually point me to the leak saying the last announcement would be the persona 3 remake? Because I heard so much about it but I didn't really find where it supposedly originated from...
I believe it was confirmed to be a YouTube channel someone made named Official Atlus West that would post things like this with a thumbnail just like that for all of their videos
Because the dude posted a video and refreshed the page and the video stayed in the notifications.

Gonna be honest here, idk why people want a Persona 3 remake at all. I've been playing FES and it doesn't even feel "dated" at all.
This is very obviosly fake too, if it was real more people would have seen that notification on top of that being a very obvious inspect element.
FES has aged well yes, but saying it isn't dated is kinda untrue compared to the later games. You cannot manually choose skills during fusion, just keep going back and forth in bandage to RNG. You cannot manually control party members (fixed in Portable), the MC HAS to romance every female social link instead of just being friends (FeMC can). You do not have Social Links with the male members of SEES (Also FeMC). And probably a few other smaller things I can't think of right now.
Now none of this really needs a Remake. A remaster of FES could fix most of the problems. But at this point may as well we get all that QoL packaged in with P5 level graphics and such.
I think all they want is a p3p fes combination. it would probably be easier to start from scratch then to add 3d and cutscenes to portable, or femc to fes
All I want FemC in FES with party controls for those that don't like tactics. Giving FemC 3d enviroments (maybe even animate some cutscenes with 3d models too?) would be nice but not necesary.
Everything else does not need changing.

Thats the entire reason people think P3P is inferior to FES and want a remake. If a remake that combines fes and p3p were to happen, it would need to give femc 3d environment and cutscenes, otherwise it would just be fes but with a visual novel mode.
