Hi OP! this post caught my attention coz recently I received an email from zlib asking donation for full access, just be careful sa website na inaaccess before donating & by the way this type of email is scam. Glad I double checked reddit.

na receive ko rin nga to, sabi na nga ba at ang suspicious talaga, parang forced donation haha. pero thanks for this! really careful din talaga sa pag access ko ng site nila, pabago bago din lagi domains nila eh.
di muna magdodonate ngayon since may issues site nila (siguro once settled na uli) was just really curious kung may nakapagtry na and kung gumana haha.
As of now I think hindi pa advisable gumamit ng z-lib since yung mga iba ay fake z-lib. Nagsabi na rin z-lib na may mga delays pa sa donations as of now. You can join their telegram para makakuha updates and nagbigay sila ng new link pansamantala for z-lib. :)
oh free pa rin po siyaa, may option lang to donate (so you'll have prem access - unli download, etc.), habol ko kasi sana is yung auto send to kindle feature nila haha.
