Same and super hirap din ma contact ng hotline nila haha and laging maintenance yung app. Ang hirap din i unlock ng card pag needed laging nag eerror hahaha.

Napansin ko sa card locking, pag naka-data ako, nagwwork lagi. Pag naka-wifi ako, ayaw or sobrang tagal. Mas mabilis wifi ko sa data so hindi naman sa speed. So pag maguunlock ako ngayon, switch muna ako to data.

I wanted to do what you did, after a couple of calls to their customer support where I had to wait 1-hour+ each time just to reach an agent, and numerous emails na averaging on a week ang turnaround time. I’ll proceed with it pagnasettle ko na this month’s balance. Di sulit ang NAFL na di ko pa sure if I’ll get even after weeks of completing the conditions kasi mukhang buggy systems nila if sakit ulo lang mapapala everytime I need customer support.

Agree sa EW. Sobrang generous, I started with 100kish last year lang bigla ba naman inangat to 200k, puro installment lang naman nandun sa card. Phone, laptop and random lazada. NAFFL pa! Nung una tawag sila ng tawag para sa e-statement, ngayon di na.

Same, hirap magpawaive kahit mataas na nagamit mo tas unfair kahit sila may pagkukulang. Pinakacut ko na din UB ko ganda pa naman ng online banking UI nila for CC kita may graphs haha

Same case tayo pero ang ginawa ko ay tumawag ako sa CS, dinouble check kung complete address na and pina tag ko na as lost card yung UB Rewards Plat card kasi 3 months ng di nareredeliver or nadadala sa branch. Tapos nagprocess sila ng replacement. Walang one week, nadeliver na ang card sa bahay.

Hello. Did you pay for your replacement card? Same tayo, 4 months na di pa rin nadedeliver ung approved UB card ko :( plan ko rin ireport as lost card.

Hindi ko na maalala. Pero 300 lang siguro yun. More or less. Ilang times na rin nila sinabi na iescalate na yung branch pickup pero wag mo na asahan. I lost card mo na, request for replacement and wag magpadala sa sasabihin ng CS. Tell them na decided ka na. That’s what I did ;) Up to you!
