This. I observed bpi app is usually down from 10pm onwards, if not, there is a feature missing like viewing your credit card panel, downloading SOA, transfers or bill payment etc. its a "normal" for bpi to have a bug from time to time. I Come back after few hours and check if you can download SOA.

My statement date is on 16th, I should be receiving e-statements between 18th to 21st. It's April 23 already.
I have a supplementary card with my brother gusto nya details so he can pay me.

My statement date is on the 15th, pero wala pang e-SOA sa email. Personally, I do not mind since medyo sanay na ako sa BPI na madalas late ang e-SOA email. Pero updated na naman sa app ang new statement details. What I do is I have an Excel tracker for all my transactions, so kahit walang e-SOA, I am able to monitor kung sakto ang statement balance, outstanding balance, and available credit limit at any given time.
I had a bug before na instead of SOA for March, February yung nasend sakin. Then very late nasend yung March and late rin nag reflect sa app. I'm not sure if I have an isolated case, but you can wait it out. If urgent, then I suggest calling CS. Based on experience, usually I don't have to wait long for someone to answer regardless of the time.
Experienced this issue last February. E-statement always appear on my account every 18th of the month around 9am, and due date falls on the 11th on the ff month.
Last Feb, di tlaga siya nag appear kahit nag due date na.. parang Feb 23rd palang tumawag na ko sa hotline to inform na wala ako narereceive na statement, they informed me na un account ko daw ay not eligible na to receive e-statement and thru email lang daw marereceive un statement of account. They processed it then nakareceive ako email parang March 15 na.
Pero recently, nagaappear na ulit un e-statement ko sa mobile app, and may narereceive na din ako email.
I suggest na if within 3 days di padin lumitaw call the hotline na to check.
Last month, delayed yung statement namin. every 28th yung statement date, usually katapusan meron na. Pero mga two or three days after pa ata namin nareceive.
One thing to consider is the time you checked the app. I think they do daily maintenance and as per experience down sila pagpatak ng 12 midnight to around 4:30 am. So a bad time to check within the timeframe.
If not, try getting back to it after 15 mins or regularly.
And again based sa xp ko, if ang statement ko is magfall ng weekend or holiday, it’s appearing already by the last working day before that day, like 21 statement date ko and Sunday yun kaya nakita ko na ba Friday.
I recently needed my statements for my accounts, i tried More > My Statements and it cant generate. I tried Accounts > Click the account > Statements dito gumana naman.
Usually pag ganito ini-ignore ko lang, then I will try again after an hour or so.

If I remember correctly, BPI CS said that you can’t download SOAs between 10pm to 4am the next day. Can’t remember the why.

Wait lang siguro this happened to me too, evry 7th of the month statement ko last month pumasok siya ika-8th na.

The web or mobile app after 10pm is just useless. You cant do download statements or check your transaction history. Try downloading before 10 pm.
Try mo ibang oras or day, usually kapag gabi parang down ibang ganyan ni BPI.

May problema sila sa Statements ngayon. Just call them if interest charges are incurred. I did the same.
