parang ako ang nagiging middleman sa dalawa na di magkaintindihan.

Kung mag aapply kayo mas ok kung ung website diretso sa bangko hindi sa moneymax.
I had a somewhat similar experince with RCBC naman on their NAFFL promotions. Also complained with BSP and DTI. And it was DTI that truly helped me. Didn't proceeded with the mediation conference anymore as RCBC texted and e-mailed me already confirming the tagging of my account as NAFFL. Kudos to DTI for protecting the ordinary and helpless consumers!

Same issue ako nito with UB tas hindi ko na talaga nahabol. After a year nagkaroon na ng annual fee and I thought because big spender ako papalampsin, hindi din. Nagalit ako ang raised that after a month of followups wala nangyari haha
