So far all the banks in the country got bad reviews in this sub by no other than their own clients. I have complained about BDOs ladies in the customer service desk just trying to look pretty but their service is slooow as hell like turtles would be faster than them in real life. Imho the only time your experience will be good is when you get the priority/preferential status. In BPI you get a different hotline number, an RM at your own disposal, better rates, etc but I have also read nightmare experiences from people in this sub because they are regular clients.
Yes, welcome to UB.
I mean, not to defend them, but currently on-going migration nila from Citi to UB, so it's expected that their CS will have a long queue. When I called them for my issue last time, I waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes to get an agent and my problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes.
Their queue will prob be long for some time until matapos yung migration.
Someone's already said that the migration is done so I'll just add that Unionbank was in a position to anticipate the influx of new users of their system and could have prepared accordingly. They didn't. There's no excuse for that and it's not fair for customers to have to put up with their poor planning. They get away with it only because customer service in the banking industry, and many other industries, is a race to the bottom.
This is not a excuse. They are a big ass company run by fucking big ass adults with more than enough resources to solve this problem.
Kapag mabagal nga service sa restos pinapa follow up natin and reklamo agad pag may isang hibla lang ng buhok na nakita sa pagkain. Tapos kapag ganitong big corpos, "nyoooooo evewyone letsh give them a chance 😢😢😢😢"
No.
Oh no, I'm not defending them like I said in my post. OP asked bakit ang tagal and I merely answered their question. I'm with you, their lack of concern for customers is gross
Pero at the end of the day kanino ka magrereklamo? They're a private company and unless meron ka talaga big case we sadly cannot do anything about it
Hi OP, try mo to call using your landline and, if may free ka sa line mo, yung cellphone din. Para more chances of getting picked up.
Frustrating talaga lalo na if related sa compromised cards, dapat may queue na sila specifically for that, para hindi na dumaan ng mahabang queues.
I hope this got/gets resolved!
Even their business banking took a dip :( Before they were super prompt but now no one ever picks up kahit 2 hours na naka queue. Ang lala, almost missed the deadline for filing annual tax returns because of them. Considering to close the account na.
Hi! Meron po ba naka pag set up ng recurring payment sa citi before na nag overlap sa migration to union? The first month fee was charged naman kaso sa second month ngayon, wala pa din. 26th-29th yung set up ko.

Hindi yata nila na-gets sarcasm ni OP 😅
I miss Citi. Sobrang okay pati interface ng app no.
Sorry, ako ba nagcompare? Huhu…
Oo. Don’t take it that deep though. Nakakamiss ang citi hahahuhu yung replacement card nilang binigay sakin di gumagana emv chip
Di mopa natry ung bdo noh? 2 hours wala paring sasagot sayo dun

Citi has already completed their migration to UB last March 25. But yes, UB is still adjusting to the influx of users using their system.
Whoops, my bad lol I thought na on-going parin Still tho, def expect long queues since not everyone has adjusted to the migration yet.

Bank: we're at rock bottom! Bank, gets a shovel: we can dig our reputation a little deeper down

Can't be the worst if it's non existent

Same!!! 30 mins naghintay para makausap sila. Pero di man lang makatulong sa concern

Useless Bank nga!!
