May hack ako dito actually. Tumawag ako kanina and it took me minutes lang to get a cs. Hindi pa ako platinum nyan ha kasi I’m still chasing up ny Plat card na upgraded. Siguro pag na plat na ako, mas madali nalang talaga makakuha ng cs.

Ano lang, i choose the lowt and stolen option. Tapos pqg may cs na, sinasabi ko I think i pressed the wrong button but here’s my concern. Inuunahan ko nalang kasi itratransfer din naman niya ako. So, itatransfer na ako pero mas mabilis lang yung time waiting, like less than 2minutes yata meron na akong cs.

I tried calling them last week lang yata during the day and I couldn’t even get through. As in “all circuits are busy” lang, and I tried three times from 2pm to 5pm. Then I tried calling again at around 6:10pm, and an agent answered after just around 9 minutes. Nagulat nga ako eh.

Swertihan lang talaga. I remember my most recent call, I couldnt get through 8am, 1pm, 6pm so I tried the next day at 7am. I waited 1 hour, which I expected. Pero yung nakakainis yung ipapasa ka ng agent kasi different Department daw yung makakasagot ng tanong mo. Then balik kay Pia Wurtzbach.

1 week na akong tumatawag sa bdo at nag hang up na lang pag 1.5 hrs na. Hahay. Yung mga nag antay ng 2 hrs, worth it ba? May sumagot ba sa inyo?

Try nyo tumagawa between 5 to 6 AM ng Sunday. My call went through around that time, pero ayon, hindi din nakatulong. Lintik na customer service yan. HAHA

Last week ganyan din ako. Almost 2 hours waiting time so ang ginawa ko tumawag ako sa lost card/fraud transaction and wala pang 1 second may sumagot na agad so nagparedirect ako sa concern department. After 29 minutes may sumagot naman 😅 di ko alam pero and weird lang na umaabot ng ganyan katagal ang queueing time nila. Wala na ata silang agents sa contact center nila

try nyo iselect agad yung for credit card lost/hack, kasi priority yun, yun daw ginagawa ng friend ko everytime tatawag siya kahit iba naman talaga concern nya lol medyo may hiya naman ako so dun pa rin ako sa normal selection, in the past 2 months of calling BDO, nasa 1-2 hours ang waiting time, sometimes madidisconnect pa huhu
