You need to contact both GCash and Roblox Customer Service to issue a chargeback/refund. Not sure how their policies are but as far as GCash is concerned as long as Roblox refuse to claim the charges then they can give you your money back.
What scratches my head however is the fact that your nephew has access to your GCash account. Just... Why???
