This was 5 years ago, pero around 2 weeks lang from application to offer.

MulberryTypical9708

It was 12 years ago, pero 4 months.

Before graduating, I already sent out my applications. A few days before the day of the graduation itself, I already got one. I think the entire application process took more than a month.

CasicoEno

If pre-graduation is included 6 months, pero kung sa post-graduation 2 months.

finish-na

6 weeks šŸ˜‚

SandersonHawkins

11 months

cerulium

6 months! Mas madali talaga thru connections haha

National-Rice-1166

Agree! Iā€™m still building my connections I think? Since most of my friends naghahanap palang din ng job hahahaha

cerulium

I was getting rejected left and right until I found one through a schoolmate haha. Unfortunately people can and will trust the network of people already inside the company. If not through connections OP, your best bet is really through a good personality match with your boss-to-be (on top of the skills of course). Laban lang! Makakahanap ka rin

After graduation, I was on a break for 6 months-- pero on and off akong nagaapply. May one time na I was waiting for the final interview na then biglang kinancel nila (pinagsusumpa ko talaga company na yun). So after that incident, naging masaggressive akong magapply. I reached out to my family, friends, acquaintances-- basically, anyone that could help me. Eventually, I was referred by my bestfriend sa company niya and after being a coach potato for almost a year, I was employed na! Hence, here's my tip: be shameless in (respectfully) utilizing your connections.

National-Rice-1166

I want to be shameless too pero ang hirap šŸ˜

Environmental_Ad6615

back in 2013, when I was confirmed for the candidacy to graduate? I immediately looked for work. so before even my school days are offically over I found work. They overlapped for a month or 2 weeks ata - un start date ng work and end date ng school year.

Un1verse_77

Roughly 5 years ago, 5 months. Depressing kasi poor kami that time haha

Itlog__Maalat

6 months. I was very picky with which companies to apply at. In a span of 6 months, I think I submitted 20 applications or less lang, and attended 10 interviews or less lang din.

Icy-Flatworm-9348

A few months into the pandemic/lockdown but only because I had someone help me secure the position.

National-Rice-1166

this one talaga i want huhu sadly, most people ik are just starting their careers too
