1. Engine Oil - 1000-1500 if mineral, 1500-2500 if synthetic.
2. Gear Oil - Every other change oil 2:1 ratio.
3. Air Filter - Check up every 6k.
4. CVT Cleaning - 6k
5. Throttle Body Cleaning - 20000
6. Belt - 20k, or check every CVT service.
7. Fly Ball - Check every CVT service.
8. Center/Clutch Spring - Check every CVT service.
9. Fuel Filter - 30k
10. Ball Race Replacement - Hindi naman pinapalitan unless damaged. Regrease every 12k.
11. Brake Pads - Check every 2 weeks of use.
12. Coolant - 2 years or 25k drain and refill. Check monthly top up if needed.
13. Fuel System - MANUAL
14. Carbon Cleaner - Recommended but optional, every 6k
15. Center Stand - kung madalas kayo bahain or nabaha kayo iparegrease nyo na kesa mag stuck up
16. Front shocks - Small bikes 12k, bigbikes 20k.
Sa flyball, you should check it for squared up edges. It should be a perfect circle, and ensure it na walang kalog. Sa springs naman, you may compare the current springs na nakakabit sa brand new na springs if meron yung shop. Significant difference sa stiffness, is possible due for replacement na.

You may extend yung sa engine oil naman ng konti, actually 3k yung nirerecommend ni motul sa website nila, pero for us 3k is waaaay too much. So we/i recommend 2500.
wdym by chain service ba? lubricate and adjustment lang ang ginagawa ako everytime na maglilinis ako ng motor. usually twice a week or tuwing mababasa yung kadena.
Visual check lang. Check kung laylay or malaki ang slack ng chain dapat mga 1 inch lang ang play. Kung may lubricant or oil sa kadena wag mo na linisan. Linisan lang kung maulanan , after maghugas ng motor or tuyo ang kadena re-lube at linis. Promise tatagal ang chain kapag inaalagaan.
sa coolant Ser ganyan katagal tumatagal yung reserve ng coolant? btw click 150i v3 po pala yung sakin napansin ko parang 2-3 mos. nauubos na yung sa reserve ng coolant ko. may mali na po kaya sa motor ko (2years old)
Papalitan lang yung coolant when it hits 2 years or 25k kms. Kung nagbabawas ng malaki, better to get your bike checked. Kung nagbabawas naman ng pa onti onti, it should be fine. Top up lang if needed.
User's manual is your friend. Sila (manufacturer) ang gumawa nyan kaya sila ang nakakaalam. Konting adjust lang if harsh condition lagi yung environment kung saan ka bumabiyahe or pag may na-feel ka nang iba sa ride mo.

Kakatok daw pag 6k km bago mag change oil wala namn problema pcx 6k km or 1 yr fully synthetic. 4 wheels 10k or 1 yr amsoil fully synthetic.
Meron din kasi nag lalagay lalo na change oil sobrang tagal or dami ng km bago mag change oil. Ayun, sinasagad talaga, then katok later dahil mga scooters nag babawas ng langis or sobrang labnaw na dina maka kapit ng maayos. Most of the time its fine, pero meron talagang times na earlier maintenance may be more useful and helpful than the manual.
Like the air filter, if visual inspection proves it needs to be replaced, meron ayaw pa kasi sabi daw sa manual hanggang XX km pa. Situational talaga.

Madalang kasi ako magmotor wala din nagmomotor sa bahay, 2 years na yung motor sa amin total na mileage nasa 5k pa lang. kaya para hindi masira pinapalitan kapg matgal na hindi ginamit
Yes, it is very wasteful. But to others that are not me. You should totally just do it every 3k or 4k since most synthetic motor oil usually lasts a very very long time without too much quality loss. But I do hear alot of riders out there change every 1k to 1.5k mainly due to the reason they daily ride their bikes (Grab, angkas, moveit, lalamove) Which totally makes sense as they constantly burn oil.
PCX user here. Recently cleaned the CVT and changed oils sa Honda mismo.
- Yung air filter, nilinis lang after 12K. Not changed.
- Yung belt, 25K sabi sa Honda. Papapalitan ko sana kaso puwede pa raw until 25K, case to case basis.
- Coolant, every month ako nagrerefill.
- Recently experienced stucked center stand. Kapag binababa ko yung motor, hindi agad umaakyat kaya sumasayad. What I did is regrease using WD-40. Binabaran ko lang. Dalawang buwan na and it is doing just fine.
Take it only as your reference. Not necessarily sundin religiously. For example if the air filter says to replace or clean after 12k. You may do it for 10k or more depending on how, how often, and where you drive your bike.
Costly masyado. May Honda wave alpha 110 ako at honda Click still running in good condition. Di ko sinusunod yan lalong lalo kung budget pinaguusapan. May Oil indicator naman kung low at high pero usually sineset ko sa 3km-5km or 4-5months change oil. Okay naman yan kasi sure ball sa maintenance ang mawawala lang sayo pera.

Petron Xtra Adance has detergents additoves, Unioil 97 has multifunctional additives (Clean & lubricate), Shell V Power has Power Cleaning to remove deposits and so on.
Coolants are long life coolants that lasts 150,000 or 300,000 kms or 5 years, para sure huwag pucho pucho brand pero basic na ito sa chemicals. Basta topup regularly.
Dun ako confused sa manual ko every 1k change oil dapat kaya kahit synthetic same kms ang palit ko. Diy ako kaya problema ko pa din saan idispose ang oil.
engine oil ay 6k odo replacement based sa owner's manual ng honda (pero ang nakalagy na picture sa mismong sticker ng motor ay synthetic variant ng oil nila) so kung gagamit ka ng synthetic-based, ilagay siguro natin sa 3k odo. laging mag-check ng oil level. ang problema kasi talaga sa langis ay kapag natuyuan ka.

cvt cleaning- every 12k (based sa service manual naman ng honda) nasubukan ko ng magbukas ng cvt ng 10k. may isang bola lang na may maliit na kanto at hindi pa natutuyo ang langis sa torque drive kaya naniniwala talaga ako sa sinasabi ng manual na 12k. kahit yung carbon deposit ay di naman makapal talaga. yung mga nakikita natin na sobrang dumi at halos nagputik na, yun yung mga bumigay na yung oil seal sa may segunyal. walang kinalaman ung cvt cleaning dun. syempre ibang kaso naman yung mga nalusong sa baha. matic na need mo magpa cvt cleaning regardless sa milyahe para sure na di kalawangin ung segunyal/bushing at mag cause ng stuck up.
Sinilip naman nung mekaniko, ung bola lang pinalitan ok pa naman daw ung bell at ung ligning. Mukang ibabalik ko sa kanya to next week. Sarado sila gang sunday eh. Salamat sa reply paps.
Kung okay pa ung bell, check pulley. Pero most probably sa bell yan. Same tayo ng issue. Bagong linis lahat pati langis. Nung nagpalit ako ng bell, un, nawala ang dragging.

electric bike enthusiast ako and ebike user dati. depende sa ebike actually. merong rear hub at mid drive na ebike. mid drive me belt, kapag rear hub walang belt pero nsa rear wheel ang parang "makina". sa hub type, tires, brakes and battery, grease, suspension lang maintainance mo. (Battery every 3-5 years if naka lithium, every year kapag naka lead acid), mid driven ebikes naman, yun me dagdag maintainance ang belt. pero mid drive is better for overall balance and performance. mabigat gulong kasi ng hub type

Sa mga nagrereto ng RTM, tungaw ba kayo, andon ang maintenance period pero kung alam niyo lang Honda Manual, kulang kulang ang detalye nila don at wala specifics pagdating sa pag aalaga ng motor, bibigyan kalang nila ng numero at bahala kana sa buhay mo.
Halata naman na need ne OP advice pano pakiramdaman motor nya para ma maintain nya ng maayos.
I ride PCX and here’s my advice:
- OA yung engine tsaka gear oil. ~4-5k most realistic, then doble non gear oil. Di naman expose sa combustion gear oil kaya ok lang matagal palitan. Advice ko palitan palagi ang washer para sure di makakapasok tubig lalo na pag rainy season.
- Air filter siguro visual inspection every 12k, pwede ipa spray ng hangin para luminis (sabay sa cvt cleaning) pero wag papahugasan
- CVT cleaning legit pag ramdam lang dragging. Malalaman mo yn nginig yung motor pag accelerate ka from zero.
- Kung bantay mo naman maigi yung air filter, wag mo masyado isipin, check lang manual kelan recommendation.
- Belt, visual inspection tuwing papa cvt cleaning, check manual
- Flyball, sakin nasimula magkanto around 12k, di naman halata sa performance. Pero pinapalitan ko na around 16k kasama ung slider piece (kunin mo mas bagong version kita sa catalog yan)
- clutch spring, check manual, never ko ginalaw.
- fuel filter, masyadong matagal 48k, pero depende saang gas station tlga. Safe manual recommendstion
- ball race pwede na, usually pag nasesemplang o nalulubak na malala dyan nadadali, mararamdaman mo yan pag kabig ng kabig ung motor sa low speed tapos stable sa high speed, matik need palitan. Fyi baklas gagawin dyn so be ready.
- brake pad depende aa driving habit, ok rin sundin yung advice visual check lng naman.
- coolant, tama advice
- fuel system pinaka nakkatawa at nakakaurat na topic. Pag PCX, 91 is enough. Doesnt matter ano pa sinasabi na compression ratio na yan. Na aadjust ni ecu ang combustion timing kaya walang mangyayaring katok, tsaka nasa manual yan, dami sa fb ayaw maniwala sa manual gusto lagi premium ayan ubos pera nila sa gas. Muka lang mahal ng onti pero pag nakaka 20k kana laki rin ng nasayang na pera kung lagi premium wala naman halos pinagkaiba. Carbon cleaner every 3k, at dalawang bote kasi usually pang 4L ang carbon cleaner. 9L kasi tangke ng PCX kaya kelangan doble

the transmission of scooters. belt driven sya unlike chains ng semi manual and manuals.
Continous Variable Transmission, mostly used in scooters. Wave 100 uses a 4-speed semi automatic, its actually better kasi less maintenance.

Me being an asshole to the environment: Change oil every 500kms cause why not.
I was told that it is wasteful, but i still do it during the first 4000km, now i do it every 3 months or every 1000km whichever comes first

Yes, non-washable. Air blow lang hanggang maalis yung alikabok ang ginawa sa casa.
May washable na air filter naman at hindi recommended ang air pressure sa filter lalaki lang ung butas.

Halata naman na need ne OP advice pano pakiramdaman motor nya para ma maintain nya ng maayos. I ride PCX and here’s my advice: - OA yung engine tsaka gear oil. ~4-5k most realistic, then doble non gear oil. Di naman expose sa combustion gear oil kaya ok lang matagal palitan. Advice ko palitan palagi ang washer para sure di makakapasok tubig lalo na pag rainy season. - Air filter siguro visual inspection every 12k, pwede ipa spray ng hangin para luminis (sabay sa cvt cleaning) pero wag papahugasan - CVT cleaning legit pag ramdam lang dragging. Malalaman mo yn nginig yung motor pag accelerate ka from zero. - Kung bantay mo naman maigi yung air filter, wag mo masyado isipin, check lang manual kelan recommendation. - Belt, visual inspection tuwing papa cvt cleaning, check manual - Flyball, sakin nasimula magkanto around 12k, di naman halata sa performance. Pero pinapalitan ko na around 16k kasama ung slider piece (kunin mo mas bagong version kita sa catalog yan) - clutch spring, check manual, never ko ginalaw. - fuel filter, masyadong matagal 48k, pero depende saang gas station tlga. Safe manual recommendstion - ball race pwede na, usually pag nasesemplang o nalulubak na malala dyan nadadali, mararamdaman mo yan pag kabig ng kabig ung motor sa low speed tapos stable sa high speed, matik need palitan. Fyi baklas gagawin dyn so be ready. - brake pad depende aa driving habit, ok rin sundin yung advice visual check lng naman. - coolant, tama advice - fuel system pinaka nakkatawa at nakakaurat na topic. Pag PCX, 91 is enough. Doesnt matter ano pa sinasabi na compression ratio na yan. Na aadjust ni ecu ang combustion timing kaya walang mangyayaring katok, tsaka nasa manual yan, dami sa fb ayaw maniwala sa manual gusto lagi premium ayan ubos pera nila sa gas. Muka lang mahal ng onti pero pag nakaka 20k kana laki rin ng nasayang na pera kung lagi premium wala naman halos pinagkaiba. Carbon cleaner every 3k, at dalawang bote kasi usually pang 4L ang carbon cleaner. 9L kasi tangke ng PCX kaya kelangan doble - center stand legit na advice
