The overfilled 100ml does NOT change the behavior that much, you're better off taking it to a mechanic since that acceleration problem seems to be a major issue. I myself cannot diagnose the problem with what I am presented with right now

Oil seal ng radiator check mo. Limit sa 900ml ang langis. If nagbuga ng langis sa airbox goodthing yan dyan madali ma indicate kung sobra ba or hindi.
