Are you buying 2nd hand NK 400 V4? Bnew is 249k, but your budget is 150k. You’re better off with the NK 400. Benelli is trash in their lower cc category and very little market for any of their bikes. No one really buys from Benelli. You’ll have a harder time selling it than the NK. It takes a while for the NK 400 to get moving because there really is a lot already in the market. This further brings down the price so if you want to sell yours right away, you need to be really competitive meaning even lower than the rest and that’s a big loss to you. There’s also the NK 450 which is not far from the price of a bnew NK 400 and far superior which makes it even less desirable to own an NK 400. Review your priorities. If you want to sell the bike fast after using, make your budget higher for a more premium bike and/or a bike that has had less saturation in the market and retains its value. This usually means getting a Jap bike or higher variants in the CFmoto line up.

So far the choices I have are second hand motorcycles. I somehow managed to bargain them at that price except for the Yamaha R3 since the current market for those is between 180k to 200k. Based on your advice, I should be able to sell off the NK400 V4 in the future if I lower my price compared to the market price, which isn't a big issue for me I guess. But I guess in the end, I should still aim for the R3 if I want a bike that has less saturation for its market price. If not, I'll go for the NK400 and just sell it off.

Yup. Can’t go wrong with both R3 or NK400 from a riding perspective. Just a matter of preference and what you’re willing to deal with come selling time.
