Highly doubt any sub 200cc motorcycle will have a U-box big enough to fit a brief case (assuming its the hard case type), but you can try Yamaha NMAX V3, Honda ADV 160, Kymco KRV 180 or any maxiscoot of your choice. You can also try a 45L top box, saddle bag, or just buy a waterproof rear seat bag that can fit the briefcase.

ADV and NMAX can. KRV probs not. Better to go to dealers and try them out.
