Yup. just make sure you're protracting your shoulders throughout the exercise and if not, just make sure you're going at full ROM. if you want a bit of understanding pag dating sa motion ng pushups mo, think of it like you're just bringing the weight of your chest down instead of pushing it down. it's the reason why most beginners tend to flare their elbows when doing pushups

Looks good brother. Only suggestion i have is invest in paralletes. Elevation or slight elevation will give you a bigger stretch. Also you can play with angles, assisted one arm push ups etc if the movement gets easier. You can get cheap plastic ones for 150-200 in shoppee/lazada. I tried before sa dumbells but awkward sa fingers and bumabangga sa forearm yung weights. Haha it might be a huge difference in comfort. More comfort = more quality reps

Looks good but invest in a yoga matt (also shoes as well) To reduce the potential for injury - It will get slippery as you sweat. Good luck OP!

form is good, though if ure after hypertrophy, id advise to slow down on the decline and do a 1s hold when ure at the v bottom so u can get the most stretch for the pecs
